It is situated up in a quaint and tranquil town. I love the fact that though the restaurant was closing, the staff ran back to tell me that the chef could take my lunch order. Alexandria, the waitress did not rush me to finish my meal too. I was famished. So that was remarkably a plus point and truly very much appreciated. The male staff who asked the chef, the chef himself, Alexandria and the staff who picked me up from the bus drop off point, thank you. The gym, steam bath and pool were spotlessly clean. There is free transportation if you are carrying luggages from the bus drop off point and back. The breakfast spread was delightful. It is a lovely walk down to the bus point. An excellent place of you are looking for a quiet time to love yourself. Safe for female solo travelers. The view to the lake was amazing.

The hotel appears to have no bar! We had to sit in part of restaurant for drinks! Having booked a table in the restaurant for dinner this was not available so we were kept in the breakfast room - all made us feel that we were travelling "coach"! Special scallops dish was good but way overpriced at 38CHF.

This was our second year in a row at the Seeblick hotel. We came back because we loved it so much. It is an excellent location overlooking Lake Lucerne with beautiful vistas. Try to book a room with Lakeview and a balcony. There are numerous cablecars that take you up to mountain tops behind Emmetten that also offer spectacular views, food, and some nice hiking. The staff at the hotel are superb, they remembered us from last year, not sure if that’s good or bad! 🤣 Make sure to check out the exceptional indoor pool, and sauna.

Really old rooms, our room was not clean at all (massive spider web in the bathroom), not very comfortable beds, really tiny bathroom

We got an upgrade which was very kind, but the room was boiling, accommodation basic and not that clean. We tried dinner here (view is incredible). My partner had the chicken and it was not anything special for the price.

Room was small, beds were not great, bathrom was small and not that great. Hotel was looking like it was from the 50 years ago. In that time, probably would be good.

When you make an online reservation for the restaurant (at their official site) there is no indication that they offer only snacks after 9pm, it was very disappointing :(

Overall stay was excellent! The pool and the view from it are magnificent. A lot of nice hiking around and the goats nearby are so funny :)

- The indoor pool is listed as one of the key benefits when booking this hotel, but it was "not available" on that day because it was used by what looked like a kayak class. The pool was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. If the pool is not available, customers should be informed before booking, or be compensated. - The service of the hotel restaurant was extremely slow. The food was good, but we lost a lot of time waiting (and it was not just us, other customers were complaining, too) - The room was too hot and we did not sleep well. I found no way to control the temperature. - The overall standard of the room was lower than I had expected from the pictures available here on Booking.com

This os the best hotel i have ever stayed in Europe. The interior is lovely, rooms big, dogs are welcomed. Swimming pool great in the cold days. Breakfast so tasty that you can't stop to eat:) restaurant menu is exceptional. And all of this in the room with the mountains view. Around the hotel the mou tain and lake virw is breath taking. There is a great forest parh for a walks. I definitely recommend.

Restaurant staff forgot all about us and we waited to order and have something to drink for so Long. The hotel was outdated and looked very old, Rooms was small and not nice

The hotel was very busy with events so there was no parking nearby- had to park on a road a 10 min walk away. Service was slow but staff were friendly and helpful.

Basic room with no normal extras such as coffee making facilities but beds were very comfortable. Stunning views around the hotel.
