Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyExra costs for parking and expensive breakfast. We found the position of the beds rather strange, we had two double beds in a row so it created a gigantic bed for the whole family to sleep in.
It was well-mantained, spacious, modern and sophisticated. We appreciated the coffee corner in our room and the breathtaking view from our window (9th floor). Also, we found it convenient to be close to the city center; we used public transport throughout our stay.

She could have asked the guy to transfer and pick the call and attend us since we were on front of her already. The Receiptionists were NOT friendly! I felt like I was at a corner B&B just picking the key! You need some changes there! Because the person who referred me at your hotel also experienced the same. Possibly she saw black people and she underplayed her role…

Netherlands- One of electric window (right side) is broken. Also xtra bed is old and broken 😱. - 1st day, we’ve got mini blue choco, I thought it was welcome choco so I kept it till the next day in tv dressoir … but, the 2nd day someone put it back on the bed but this time w/ different color … I was happy 🤗 because I though … totally was 6 (1st and 2nd day) … but I was wrong … he/she put the same choco that we’ve got before and changed it w/ different color 😱 … so, I lost 3 choco on 2nd day 😨. Maybe it’s just simple thing, but I do like that choco w/ icon of Switzerland … even the taste is similar w/ another brands. - When we checked in, the receptionist w/ long black hair talked to soft in English, I couldn’t hear what she said … and I asked her to repeat it many times … most terrible thing … she didn’t mention that breakfast time on Monday only till 10 am (last day we checked out) … she told only during weekend till 11.00 am … that’s why we were 10 minutes late and I saw there was also another guests who came late and didn’t know about it … it was disaster and we were in hurry … so, I had to struggle to het our breakfast before we continued our trip to the Alps and we’ve already paid €35 pp only for breakfast … so, bad mistake !
- Lovely family suite room … modern, chique, beautiful view w/ Zürich city valley … - Friendly concierge from Bangladesh fixed our coffee machine … and Breakfast staff for asking to The Commercial Manager (Thank you also for the permission) for letting us go for late breakfast at lounge because of missunderstanding … and friendly blonde receptionist when we checked out … just a lil but conversation about Zürich … Friendly housekeeping staffs for giving me her choco (I told about my missing choco and she wanted to change w/ her another choco and she gave me all 😜 … it’s very nice of her but I took and needed only 3 🙏🏻😂 … all of you are super Guys 🤗🥰🤩👌🏻 - Friendly young man café staff when we bought “Zwedse Deutsch” green cake 😋 … he packed it carefully in big box 😜 and gave me dessert spoon and I didn’t have to give it back to him … and gave us exchange money to make us easier for shopping the next day 🤗👌🏻

United KingdomMy room was on the side away from the railway track so was quieter than those that overlook the train line which is next door. I had the continental breakfasts and the food was fresh, the croissants moist. Choice of jam was a bit limited but it was sufficient to start the day. It was very close to the Tram line and the centre of Zurich could be reached in about 20 minutes.
