No air-con although I guess most of the time it is not needed. But at the time of our stay the room got a bit warm but nothing terrible. Room wasn't the biggest but it was alright for one night stay.

Location is great and view from the window was also lovely although there was a construction site at the time of our stay. Breakfast was sufficient although there might be a bit more variety. Parking is right in front of the hotel for free.

Ski in/ Ski out! Great, clean, and friendly hotel. Even with 4 adults in a room with a bunk bed, very spacious. Breakfast was exactly what you need to start a day of skiing. Plenty of parking. And most of all, super friendly staff! Thank you Smart-Hotel.

Beautiful room with view on the mountains, clean and new facilities. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the location of the hotel was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the ski station.

We loved the automatic vending machines in the hotel but would have loved them much more if there was a bigger choice of things to buy.

Lovely, modern hotel in Samnaun valley, close to ski lifts. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Lots of parking space available.

The showers are completely open with no door or wall so water splashed out into the bathroom. The shuttle should be made available from the cable car when skiiers come down that way. It is uphill to the hotel and thus skiing is not easy and walking that far carrying gear in ski boots was difficult.

The location and facility were nice. The helpful staff and shuttle into Samnaun was appreciated. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.

WiFi in the room is a bit “moody”.

Great location - close to the cable car and not that far from the town (1 km). Very good breakfast. Outside sockets for charging your EV. Friendly and helpful staff.

All was perfect.

It's a perfect choice for a weekend ski trip. Location is great, right on the piste (you can ski from it to the lift and ski down to the hotel in the evening). The staff was super accommodating and let me park there both Saturday and Sunday even though I arrived very early on Saturday and only stayed one night. You can buy ski pass right on the reception, which is very convenient. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent, and they even give you a region guest card. All in all, just nothing to complain about. Would happily stay again.

Perfect location for skiers, clean and comfortable room with a perfect mountain view, excellent breakfast, free parking place. I would like to highlight the friendliness and attention to details of the hotel staff, as we arrived after midnight and we had crystal clear instructions how to enter into hotel, into our room, use the wifi, the ski room facilities in a way that need no further questions. Plus a great support for getting our ski passes at discounted prices, all ready during our first breakfast. Very well done and a big thank you!

Great location close to the cable car for Silvretta Arena, free shuttle bus to gear rental, restaurants and clubs at the top of the hill, and always smiling and helpful lovely Melanie at reception. Nice balcony, ski storage room, and breakfast. If you get thirsty there's a vending machine with beer in the lobby!

The area where hotel is located is a bit remote. It doesn't have a restaurant, so in the evening you need to drive/ get shuttle or walk 1km+ uphill to the nearest restaurants in Samnaun village. Small pizzeria in the area would significantly improve this.

the location is great, nearly on the slope, easy to get to the lift. comfortable, clean, new hotel with all services for skiing needed - ski pass can be purchased in the hotel, various discounts in the area for the guests, ski room with dryers.

Below the first floor is a garage, being some oropax if you have a sensitive sleep.

I really liked the modern nice furniture, bath and seperate sink. The staff was very friendly.
