The bathrooms were shared.

The rooms were nice, the view was also nice probably but unlucky for us the weather was foggy. The rooms have windows that see down the hill and they also provide binoculars to enjoy the view. There's a market in the farm near by that you can buy fresh milk products.

Public transportation to the hotel is very limited at late hours.

Rural area. I'm sure the landscape is awesome when there is no fog around.

Really good stay in Lucerne with super friendly staff who were very accomodating. The views from this stay are absolutely incredible! The location is away from the busy centre, but there is a cable car that runs every 10-15 mins to take you to and from the bus stop everyday - very scenic (downside is this only runs until 5pm).

It felt a bit strange to have no representative (nor contact for anything you may need) once the staff finished his working hours and leave at ~18:00

We arrived at the hotel around 23:00. Since the staff is leaving at 18:00, we received the room keys in the safe box located next to the hotel entrance (they provided me with the safe PW). The rooms were spacious and clean. We woke up to this beautiful view. Breakfast was basic and nice. Staff were nice and friendly. Very recommended hotel.

The view from the room wasn't good - we asked for a nice view, still didn't get it. Staff is great - but not available all the time.

The view from our balcony captured the beauty of the alpine lake as well as the quaint meadows that held cows with their tinkling bells around their necks.

Location on top of the hill was breathtaking, and the funicular was a great help to get down to Kriens Unfortunately it being closed at 5:30 made it difficult to get back to the hotel if you left for dinner.

Beautiful views from all sides...Wonderful breakfast each morning. Rooms had all essentials and were clean and comfortable.

The property is fantastic. The only downside is that if the funicular is closed, it is hard to get to and from the hotel without a car.

It was not a big deal but the remotes for the tv’s didn’t work.

The location and views were amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to check in late. The shower was great.

Arriving after driving 500 miles but missing the key code in the email. A stunning view with Pilatus right next by. Lack of food snacks or bar was disappointing . Don’t know if I’d do shared bathroom again.
