No door to the patio but doesn’t stop my daughter to enjoy it

The hotel is right next to the road and train station but e slept all night with no problem. My daughter love the bunkbed and breakfast was delicious.

The shower was with no shelf or something to put the shampoo. The room was close to the main road, so sometimes it was a little bit noisy . There isn't an elevator, so it is difficult to carry the luggage. When i arrived, a nice lady at the reception helped me.

The rooms were in a separate building, not the same building in the picture . There was no way to contact the reception while staying in the room. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and tasty. Very good location. There is a supermarket next to the building, and also a bakery.

No a/c nor fan, and it got very hot during our stay. Bed was.comfortable but pillow and linen were not. Also, the room we were in was in a separate building that's so very different from the photo of the hotel. Good thing was that Coop was right underneath our room.

My room was clean and comfortable. I arrived on the train, and it was very easy to get to the hotel to check in. The outer building was a little further from the main building than I expected, but it was not a problem. The friendly receptionist walked me to my room and carried my heavy suitcase up to the second floor. Breakfast had plenty of options each morning, and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Comments from staff at check-in - when noticed my Polish nationality, the lady at the reception seemed annoyed and mentioned that all kitchen staff is Polish, like it was a problem for her. It was very uncomfortable. Would appreciate the kettle in the room.

We were located in the Bahnhof annex on 3rd floor without elevators and luggage in/out was difficult. Very noisy, especially between 5:30 am-7:30 am as delivery trucks unloaded right outside our bedroom windows. Should have asked to be relocated.

Location was excellent for activities planned. Breakfast was verey good with plenty of variety and quality was very good.

I was put in a room with a partner hotel down the street. Was more of a motel. Had no view and a window opened to the grocery store parking lot. Very hot and stuffy in the room, so needed to keep the window open for air. With window open, heard nothing but people loitering in front of the store. Pillow and sheets were extremely uncomfortable.

Incredibly convenient location, just a few hundred feet from the train station.

The breakfast was good but could have had a few more choices.

It was great having a private bathroom with each of our two rooms that we booked. Our rooms were next to each other so we shared a balcony to watch the mountains, waterfalls, and sunset! The hotel was nice enough for us to leave our backpacks by the front desk since we got in before check-in time. The hotel is really close to the train station!

The room itself wasn't the greatest, it was a bit small for the huge price you pay. And, for whatever reason, there was a lot of noise throughout the night, so, we could hardly sleep well.

Location of the hotel is stunning. It is very close to the Sttaubach waterfall which is one of the main attractions. Other than that, the stuff were great, helpful and polite.

All the staff were very polite and helpful except one! There was a lady who was rude in general. We arrived earlier, and even though the rooms were ready, she wasn't willing to allow us to check in earlier so we could leave our bags and explore the area. We understand the hotel policy, but you can advise your guests with nice manners.

The floors and walls are wooden. So you can hear sounds from outside. But it was not a nuisance for us as we were fast asleep.

The hotel is located next to the Lauterbrunnen train station. There is a bit of a walk to the Staubach waterfall. The staff was very generous. They were kind enough to give us an electric water heater to keep in the room. The breakfast had good options of bread, meat and fruits which were satisfying for us. We had a good view of the surrounding mountains from the room.

Could not use the Swiss 3 pin plugs as the room had 2 pin power socket by the bedside. There was however, one regular electrical socket by the door that we could use to charge our phones

Room had a strange odour and the train lines run by the side of the building, so avoid if a light sleeper. The morning receptionist told us the restaurant kitchen closed at 9pm. When we went to eat at 8.15pm, there were different staff (who lacked customer care) who told us the kitchen was now closed. (which was a problem, as there are few places to eat after 8pm - all we could find to eat nearby were kebabs) The hotel restaurant was still serving take away pizza at 8.30pm to other customers, so not sure why this option was not available to us - disappointing!
