The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very specious. Comfortable bed, and I slept like a baby. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was full of options with locals products and also with gluten-free choices. I'm definitely coming back again.

Beautiful building and spacious room with a great view of the mountains. Very quiet! Excellent breakfast- especially the round bread. Close to train station and hiking trails as well as a stone's throw from main square. Wished I vould stay longer.

Such a cute place! Very convenient on the Bernina Route to get to the train station. Breakfast was excellent. My room was very cozy and warm on a cold winter night.

Though the interior is a bit dated, this hotel truly captured my heart. The rooms were spacious, and the buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to the staff—one remembered my interest in visiting Diavolezza and advised me in the morning that the weather wasn’t great, suggesting we head north instead. That thoughtful advice was much appreciated and led to a great day. In the evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, La Terrasse du Suisse, which was fantastic—beautiful setting, exquisite food, and I even got to speak Italian! We plan to return in summer for hikes in Valposchiavo and along the Bernina line, and we will definitely stay here again. Another plus is that it is a short walk from the train station so no need to hire a taxi.

The room was rather cold and since the heaters were at the windows, we couldn't close the drapes for privacy.

Breakfast was wonderful! Enjoyed sitting in the lounge area enjoying a glass of wine and snacks--it was very cozy.

The exellent breakfast was served early, so I could reach the early morning train on the last day. I have stayed in the hotel three times before, and it has always been satisfactory.

Room size quiet small. Carpet in room appeared old. Shower doors also old and had gaps (water could splash out).

the board at the end of the bed is annoying, people taller than 180cm cannot fully stretch The price was high but this seems the norm at this time of year and at this location.

Location of the hotel, we stop there by mistake. We boarded Bernina express and stop in Poschiavo by mistake . I wish we have gone few more stops to Italy. Poschiavo is a very small town and closes everything at around 6 pm.

Room itself is cute and has a beautiful mountain view from the balcony.

Staff did not speak any English, which is not the end of the world but was under the impression that English was one of the languages spoken at this hotel and it was not.

So lovely and pretty, and got given a lovely room with a balcony.

It’s restaurant was closed on the evening we were there and we had to go out and find somewhere else to eat - which on the Tuesday night wasn’t difficult: the bar/ restaurant beside the train station was open thankfully.

It was clean and comfortable. It is close to the train station and a lovely place to base yourself for several days to explore the local area.
