Nothing, everything was lovely.

Very well located close to the centre of town just off the Main Street, beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding scenery. The staff were incredibly attentive and happy to help with anything, preempting questions such a dinner reservations and hiking routes. Welcome drink on arrival was lovely too. The room was clean and fresh but still fit in with the traditional style of the area, and the balcony in the room was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. I had only booked to stay the morning that I arrived and so glad I did. Can’t wait to come back and stay again one day.

In the twin room the location of the socket and the night light was not really adjusted for the second single bed, so I had to get up to turn the night light on/off and to put my mobile phone on charge or to turn off the alarm.

Thé staff were so nice and so welcoming! Will be back in the winter for skiing! The hotel was so beautiful and very well maintained . The rooms are perfect and well decorated . Loved that all the hotel was well attended , they put a lot of effort on details !

The temperature in my room was too warm, and my only recourse was to sleep with the balcony door open to cool it down.

The hotel is beautiful with friendly helpful staff. They greeted me with a drink and took my luggage to my room while I checked in. The view of the Matterhorn from my private balcony was outstanding. The wellness center has steam rooms and saunas. Virginie is an exceptional massage therapist. They even offer a backpack to use. They have juice and a mini-muffin waiting in my room, even niceties not common in Europe like washcloths and magnifying mirror. The service is really over the top! Marie and Lina were so kind. There was nothing not to like!

My friends and I LOVED this family-owned and operated hotel. One of the owners, Maria, was absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and so helpful. She met and greeted us with a welcome drink, sat with us in the hotel's lovely salon, provided us with a map on which she marked the places we had informed her we wished to visit and suggested things for us to do. She and the rest of the staff, including the driver who picked us up in the hotel's electric car and helped us with our luggage, could not have been nicer nor more professional. The rooms were also lovely, very comfortable and extremely clean. Thank you very much Maria and the hotel staff :-)

It was our second stay at the hotel and it was as amazing as the first time. They found out that is was my birthday and at the breakfast next day they've arranged a table for us with "Happy Birthday" decorations. Then they also offered us a "Happy Birthday" cake. Both were great unexpected and very thoughtful surprises. Thank you!
