The shower gel could also be re-filled/checked to be re-filled during room service when they clean your room and provide new towels etc.,

The rooms although small, were clean and the staff is awesome and makes sure you have everything you need. The room were also as displayed, loved it.

Great location. It is right by Central and very walkable from Zurich HB even with bags. The location is great for then taking in Zurich. The rooms were small but standard for Europe. Overall good value.

Nice overnight stay in Zurich. Near the station and easy to find. Easy check-in. Clean room, if a little cosy. Breakfast plentiful and friendly staff. Liked the decor and lift.

We had a bad experience here during the night, someone from staff knock our door middle of the night to pick up a wallet from previous guest that was left in the locker. But we get scared first because the staff first didn’t tell us what he wants. After a while and after we refuse to open a door without an explanation, he gave us the explanation and we open it. But we get frustrated to have someone knocking your door during night. It reveals lack of experience on the way to resolve problems. First is better to call the room asking and after go there.

Nice small boutique type of hotel, very simple but it has a charm. Loved the chocolate fountain at the entrance and the decoration in the room on the wall. Price was good and the hotel is very close to the train station.

Size of room, too tight in the bathroom, no space to accommodate lots of luggage/bags, not enough hangers. Not suitable for long stays / elderly people. Entrance has a few steps without a ramp which makes it difficult to bring in heavier and bigger bags.

Location, quiet with good sound insulation, attentive front desk and cleaning personnel, great public transportation as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. A coop supermarket is only 7 minutes away by foot.

Temp in the rooms was a little too warm and wasn't able to work out how to adjust. On street parking was a little difficult, so we had to park in a nearby undercover carpark.

The rooms weren’t getting cleaned very properly. For instance, tables had dust but generally it wasn’t too bad.

Loved the location of it. ZurichHB is about a 7 min walk plus the neighborhood the hotel is located in is very nice !

The staffs on the weekend wasn't not polite. In check-in Mohamed was little impatient with us. On the week there were different staffs and they were educated.

Hmm, the small lobby and not the most hospitable staff when compared to other hotels we’ve been during our travel. Very very small toilet and bath. It’s uncomfy.

It was conveniently near the station and old town.

Breakfast was expensive.

Chocolate theme was great and the chocolate fountain was fun. The room was clean and well decorated with a bath! The location was very close to the train station and the old city and the river. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
