Swiss socket is different from europe socket., the hotel has not conversion adapter. You have to have it.

Room looks good, but is very small. Bathroom was tiny as well, there was no towel radiator or other heating inside, so very hard to dry things out. They charge extra for earlier check-in (and they do this to the minute). Breakfast space is also small, smaller than I imagined from the photos.

Very well located, close to shops, restaurants and sights, walking distance to the central train station. Very cute design, chocolate-shaped signs on doors, nightstands etc. The chocolate fountain downstairs is available all day. Good price for Zurich.

We stayed in Zurich for one night and the hotel is in a very central location (close to the train station and walking distance of many sights). Rooms are nice and overall since Zurich is very expensive, it is a decently priced hotel for the location.

We had two rooms, and in one of the rooms the shower drain was clogged. But minor inconvenience that can be resolved. Other than that the properly had no negatives

Perfect location and cute concept, to the image of Switzerland and chocolate. The reception desk staff was really helpful and gave us a warm welcome, the rooms were small but well laid out and extremely clean. Mini fridge and kettle with instant coffee are available in the room.

There was not anything that we did not like. Everything was fine, and close enough to the train station for an easy walk to our platform.

We were visiting on a one night trip to Zurich and needed a hotel close to the train station. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable and loved the Swiss chocolate fountain and decor.

the hotel entrance do not provide any slope, as we have heavy luggage, we need to carry and go up with stairs. the breakfast area just in the lobby area, so a bit pack and small, would not recommend to have breakfast at hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, near to the public transport station. there is mart , Starbucks and restaurant around the hotel.

Elevator was hard to get in the morning, but the stairs were easily accessible. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work.

Everything was amazing! All as pictured, clean, comfortable & amazing views of the Polybahn from my room 402. Staff were friendly. Loved the chocolate fountain. Central location, tram station few meters away, COOP close by & Zurich HB station within 10minutes. Daily house keeping was helpful. Would stay again!!

The rooms were too tiny. It was hard to even find space to open the luggage.

The room was walking distance to the train station. It was very clean, but all around very tiny from the lobby area to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and if I needed to stay for a quick night I would do it again.

Like everything in Zurich, this hotel is expensive for what you get. I would have loved better pillow options as well. But overall, it was a great stay.

Loved the hotel’s chocolate theme and the interesting murals of Swiss chocolatiers lining the halls. The location close to the main train station was very convenient. We appreciated the gracious staff keeping an eye on our luggage while we did a city tour after check out.
