Hotel design was interesting, and very nicely done. Location is very good, walkable to many parts of old Zurich city center. Staff is helpful.

The air-conditioning system was noisy and not very good for warm weather. The minibar and the coffee prices were high.

Why are you still providing little plastic containers with shampoo/shower gel, not very eco friendly. Many hotels have a dispenser in shower which they can refill easily.

They did not inform the customer of the charging standard of the minibar, and I was charged 13CHF for two bottles of water. Room size is small. The socket location is unreasonable.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are intelligent.

I'm not sure the air-conditioning worked properly. It made lots of noise but no matter how low we put it, it stayed warm.

The hotel is very central, convenient for the main train station and also for the historical center. Staff were very friendly and the chocolate fountain is a nice touch.

The aircon was not cold enough for the heat wave that was experienced. Everything else was good.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately not included in the price on the internet. So it is a lttle bit extra admin. Rooms are very small, but quite enough for a tourist. Very good location. Friendly staff. Nice and clean.

We wish they would have ice for our 'Happy Hour' cocktails. Bathroom could have shelf.

they didn’t sale the hotel chocolate that they give us for samples. the A/C was out the day we arrived but they worked to fix it pretty quickly

The rooms were quite small, but for this price at this location I cannot really complain.

Although I was up on the 4th floor, street noise from the bars and eateries across the road continued in the early morning. I knew I had a small room size but think done people with mobility issues would struggle with the bathroom due to its size and layout - I don’t know what other rooms are like, but entrance to hotel is by stairs with no ramp for wheelchair or walkers or pram.

Location within walking distance of trams and main station and right on the edge of the old town. Some of the staff were friendly and could give good directions/up to date information on basic tourist questions (depended on who was available at front desk).

I was traveling single so this was not a problem for me, but the room was very small. For 2 people it would be tight. Also, the hotel room has AC but could only be used from June to September. I was there in May, it was warm and I had no AC.

New hotel, very clean and excellent location. It is one minute walk from Central Tram Station and 5 minute walk to Zurich main station. There is a Coop supermarket 3 minutes walk and McDonald's is just after Coop. From the airport take Tram 10 and get off at Central Station. I got to the hotel 10.30 am and was checked in and allowed to go to the room. I had booked a single room, and was upgraded to a double.
