We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is very central, convenient for the main train station and also for the historical center. Staff were very friendly and the chocolate fountain is a nice touch.

NorwayAlthough I was up on the 4th floor, street noise from the bars and eateries across the road continued in the early morning. I knew I had a small room size but think done people with mobility issues would struggle with the bathroom due to its size and layout - I don’t know what other rooms are like, but entrance to hotel is by stairs with no ramp for wheelchair or walkers or pram.
Location within walking distance of trams and main station and right on the edge of the old town. Some of the staff were friendly and could give good directions/up to date information on basic tourist questions (depended on who was available at front desk).

Trinidad and TobagoI was traveling single so this was not a problem for me, but the room was very small. For 2 people it would be tight. Also, the hotel room has AC but could only be used from June to September. I was there in May, it was warm and I had no AC.
New hotel, very clean and excellent location. It is one minute walk from Central Tram Station and 5 minute walk to Zurich main station. There is a Coop supermarket 3 minutes walk and McDonald's is just after Coop. From the airport take Tram 10 and get off at Central Station. I got to the hotel 10.30 am and was checked in and allowed to go to the room. I had booked a single room, and was upgraded to a double.
