The check-in time was at 15:00 pm and the staff was really inflexible regarding the time. They had to smiles and was kind of rude and prejudiced. the bathroom and room was tight.

The location was great, easily accessible to the tram and train stations.

We booked here because we needed a place by the train station to catch an early train the next morning - but we were delighted with everything about this hotel! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing and generous, the rooms were clean and fresh, and we slept well in the very comfortable beds! All we needed was location at a good price and we got all the best of a booking! Including chocolate!

Our rooms were very warm and well-laid out, with a good view of the city. The hotel was within 10-15mins walking distance from most attractions, as well as the central station & the polybahn. The receptionist Catia was very welcoming and helpful too.

I loved everything. Can’t beat location and the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. If you need a large room or have mobility issues this isn’t an ideal place.

Location location location Walked everywhere including 4 short blocks to trains lugging 50 Pound duffle bag skis ski boots and rolling carry on. Concierge Carlos was wonderful. Gave us directions, recommended what to see during our stay, recommended restaurants, answered questions and was just ban amazing guide. Chocolate theme was fun and loved the chocolate fountain that greets you in the lobby. Place is spotless and modern and great value in the Old Town and amazing location at Central tram. Note - rooms are small so recommend paying additional money for a slightly larger room. You need to walk up 5 short steps to entrance.

I was really disappointed withthe chocolate fountain . the positioning of it, in the foyer where guests enter and exit is very unhygienic- YUK. we found the room clean but really small .Ok for a short stay- as long as you only need it to sleep in , It was uncomfortable as there was no where to sit or your suitcase etc.

The location was phenomenal. So close to the tram and easily walkable anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Asilan was amazing!. The room was very comfortable for two. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and thorough.
