Room was fine, just small. Breakfast was great, just does not open until 7. I assumed it would be earlier, and there was a line at 7, so maybe start 15 minutes earlier. No big deal either way. Location was great, and lift was very close, so that was very good.

I find it difficult when you pay a premium for a place like that that you get scratchy toilet paper and facial tissues. Within like one day I started getting dermatitis around my nose from the facial tissues and had to go out and buy some for myself. The toilet paper was also not satisfactory. And most places these days have quite plush thick towels but the ones at the house are still thin and small

I have stayed at the hotel house before. The location cannot be beaten and it's in such close proximity to catching the train up the mountain. Everything you could want is right there . There's always a lively bar scene and the breakfast that's included for guests is quite delicious

We had a lovely stay! The location is strategic, in the heart of S.Moritz, a few steps from the ski lifts and the designers shops. Our room was large, very bright with a large window facing the central square. Food is excellent! From the restaurant you also have direct access to the Hauser renowned patisserie, where you can choose your dessert if you wish. The staff are friendly and very kind, ready to help you for any request you might have. What can we say... perfect! Highly recommanded.

The hotel is located in the very center on a pedestrian street. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs. We spent 1 night. Economy class room. Simple, without a refrigerator or kettle. But there is a safe. And it is enough for one night. The bar downstairs is very loud, but at 9 p.m. the music stops and it becomes quiet. Parking is nearby on the street or underground. You need to book in advance. There are not many places. Excellent breakfasts. We lived on the top floor - a beautiful view from the window.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is very good at a reasonable price. Very spacious rooms. We have greatly appreciated the free transport from/to the railway station.

We got the room at level 1 and its above the bar. Quite low but the noise didnt bother us much. Price was too high for a 3 star hotel but its st moritz afterall.

They offer shuttle service from the train station. Theres a lively bar at ground floor. Staffs were very friendly and gave very warm welcome. Rooms were huge & spacious with bathtubs.

This hotel was great. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was always a nice start to the day. Staff were helpful and the location is perfect. It’s not overpriced. They can pick you up and drop you to the station which is handy if you don’t know where you’re going or if the weather isn’t great. Really enjoyed staying here.

This was the spot to be!!! Book here. Family owned in perfect location. Outside bar is the spot to be after a day of riding. Short walk to base of mountain shopping and grocery. Stay here… stop looking just stay here. Short walk to lake. Easy bus access to all other resorts. Place was magical thank you
