The room was really nice but the soap dispenser inside the shower cubicle was totally empty the 2 nights I stayed there. I drank a cup of tea & the used cup, glasses, spoon & the tea bag were not replaced the 2nd day. Also the power outlets that guests could use were below the desk; therefore, all charged items had to be put on the floor. A bit inconvenience. Breakfast was standard with an egg station. Traveling using the train, the hotel location was excellent, the continuation of platform 1 at the train station.

New, modern, and spacious hotel, clean and right beside the station tracks. Receptionist is very kind and helpful!! Expect to hear some noise from the trains.

Toiletries were not refilled. The cups were not cleaned after using them and coffee pods were not replaced.

Great location. Hotel was a good value. However, our room was right on the street, probably the worst room in the hotel and it was pretty empty. Not sure why they didn’t give us a better room.

The check in was made at 17.30 because was not ready (some trouble due sick personel), which can happen but... my room was not king size as booked but 2 sigle beds , after a claim the change was made immediately. Turn on the ligth was a nightmare. The room was noise due the train rail at 5 meters from the windows.

The cost. Very expensive - but then that is how I found all of Switzerland. Couldn't get a decent lunch for the of us for under CH 95.

The View was nice & room was adequate.

There was planned works on the train tracks which the hotel overlooks and we were only informed about on the day of our stay. We could hear the trains day and night over the area in works and construction through the night. Without that it would have been lovely.

Although the room was clean overall, it was disappointing to find the previous occupant's half eaten supermarket salad and some of their other snacks in the mini fridge when I arrived. One of the light bulbs in one of the bedside lamps was not working. No plug sockets accessible from the bedside. One curtain seemed to be missing. Neither Safe was working properly (luckily, I hadn't put anything in them when I noticed this!) I was given a room with a balcony which you couldn't access because it was shuttered up with garden furniture against the balcony doors. Whilst I appreciate it's winter, it would have been nice to be able to go out on the balcony to enjoy the Lake views, but if this is seasonal, then it should be made clear on booking that the balcony isn't accessible in winter. Quite a lot of noise from passing trains, which is to be expected as it's located at the train station, but they go on a lot later than might be expected. Unfortunately, it's a little disappointing that these small details weren't right given the price per night, as they let down what could be a very good modern hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Great location right on Platform 1 of Montreux Station and right in the town centre. Was able to store luggage and complete the check-in process early, which helped as I was short on time. Modern facilities and decor.

It would be nice if there was a Bar and Restaurant at the hotel

The location is excellent, the hotel is at the end of Platform 1 at the Railway Station. My room had a great view of the lake with a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The staff were very friendly both at reception and at breakfast

The noise outside of some truck unloading heavy stuff but very early in morning that made it unpleasant, which I’m not sure if this is on daily basis

I've never experienced worse pillows in all my travels. I don't think you could even call it a pillow, it was like a limp bit of material inside a pillow case. I took the pillow off the other bed but both together were still too flat and as a result I didn't sleep well for the duration of my stay. The hotel is situated at the top of a rather steep hill, it wasn't a problem for me but people with mobility issues might struggle.

Location was perfect for me. The hotel is literally at the end of the platform which was great for my early morning train. The staff were very helpful, they allowed me to leave my bag with them during the day until I could check in. The room was a good size, the shower was powerful.

It almost felt like residents were kept away from the main areas being encouraged to enter and leave the hotel by external routes, avoiding the communal areas and going only directly to and from rooms. There was no bar/social area (apart from the restaurant if you had booked a meal). The garden room (outdoor seating area) was locked. No plug socket near a mirror in the room. It was a lovely hotel but needed a few touches to make it feel more comfortable/less cold (cushions/throws perhaps).

The hotel is very new feeling. It is clean and functional. There is lovely Freddie Mercury memorabilia and artwork throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Brilliant location and spectacular views of the mountains and lake.
