I would have wished for an hairdryer in the room.

the hotel was very dog friendly and allowed even access to the breakfast room which was great not to leave the dog alone in the room. the hotel is very modern, beautiful interior and has amazing facilities for a full filled holiday experience. especially the next door access to the slopes, sushi bar and an in-house cinema made our say unforgettable.

Nothing - can imagine it's a different atmosphere when the hotel is busy in winter though!

Love the styling of this hotel - was very clean and I liked the little touches like the natural toiletries and the spa bag with extra towels in it. Spa area was also lovely as was the breakfast.

The location is absolutely spot on: you reach Cauma Lake and Cresta Lake within a good and nice walking / hiking distance

- really nice and modern room (bigger than expected) - great breakfast - nice fitness center and sauna / relaxing area - very good location - nice complex (supermarket downstairs, cinema, close to all tourist attractions, etc.)

Very clean and goodlooking hotel. The quality and looks were outstanding. We stayed here one night and unfortunately it rained that night. We ate at the Hide restaurant where the food & service were amazing. Really loved the pizzas! And because it was raining, we decided to go and watch a movie beneath the lobby. It was a really cozy and lovely cinema. All in all a great night.

We were here out of season so the hotel was very quiet but really good facilities - we had the whole spa to ourselves! The bar/lounge was great and the room was very comfortable and stylish.

The only thing we needed were extra towels in the wellness area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions, not just about the hotel, but also about the surrounding areas. The wellness was a literal dream. Our room was the perfect size that felt even bigger with the high ceilings and the big terrace.

The rooms vary in size and this time ours was a bit smaller. There were a few operational issues that we experienced: only one key, understaffing at breakfast, no conditioner in the room. The hotel staff was great and handled them very efficiently and well, but it’s worth a mention that they still had an impact on the mood of the stay.

We have stayed here several times now. Great breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options! The woman at the breakfast service was so kind and very thoughtful. And this is usually the case: the staff here are very real and kind. We did some local hikes and always hit the spa/sauna in the afternoon for several hours of relaxation. The facilities in wellness are outstanding, especially their bio sauna and the fruit and tea selection for a quick snack.
