The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with hot & cold options. The steam room and sauna were nice to relax after a busy day. There were some nice restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes walking from the centre of town. There is also a bus service which passes in front of the hotel. The bus & train station is approx 20 minutes walking, and just a few minutes by bus.

The music from the bar is too loud after hours and can be heard clearly into the early hours of the morning from the second floor.

We had a leak in our room about 00:30 which woke us up from our sleep. The water was pouring in and once we had alerted staff they were very quick to try and clean up the best they could. Unfortunately they were fully booked so there were not any other rooms to move into, the staff stopped the leak and moved the bed to avoid any further issues should the leak start again. We could not fault the staff trying to rectify a situation that was beyond their control. We were offered and accepted a refund in full which we were grateful for.

Couldn’t fit my travel plug in any sockets, luckily the bathroom had the same problem with the hairdryer so could use the adapter from that.

Nice hotel with well designed, cosy rooms. Excellent customer service - very easy to deal with, friendly & informative and made up great breakfast boxes for us as we were departing early next morning. Italian restaurant inhouse was very nice - warm and comfortable place to eat after long day travelling. Highly recommended.

Location is great as it's a mostly level walk from the train station (beside the lake); easy to find; close to a supermarket; short walk into the old town. Comfortable room (although rather small); excellent breakfast; friendly and efficient staff.

Pillows were thin. But asked from additional and they were provided. Smallish room and expensive, but all accomodation is in St Moritz.

Some guests were too loud and I Heard them behind a wall.

The hotel was clean and nice. Good breakfast. Kind and nice staff. It deserves to get even one more star as the rooms look really good inside, there is even a spa on the last floor. They should add to rooms fridge and kettle. The bus stop is just a next to a hotel and it takes you anywhere around. They can give you a free transport pass upon staying there min 3 days.

A bathmat in the bathroom would’ve been nice

The staff was lovely and the ambience is wonderful with the fireplace in the lobby. I couldn’t take a shower because there was no bathmat and the showers are very slippery. I had an amazing pizza at Ricardo‘s for dinner and also a delicious salad and very friendly waitstaff check out was easy I got a taxi. They called it for me and he came on time and help me with my luggage.

No coffee machine in room.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean room, felt brand new. Bedding was lovely and new. Choice of 2 pillow types. 2 Bathrooms in room, heated flooring, very spacious and cozy. Lovely extra double bed for our daughter. Would highly recommend, nothing to fault. Best Italian restaurant ever!

The room for our one-night stay had recently been renovated but the window with a street view was still covered with sheeting, although we expected this from previous research. The female on duty during our departure did not express the same enthusiasm for her work, meaning a big contrast between the two.

Excellent breakfast options. The female receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful.
