The location!!!! (Red light district) The location was NOT family friendly!!! The people and shops around the hotel were all inappropriate for a family with children. We wouldn’t choose this hotel if we knew it.

The receptionist Bhatarai was very helpful and friendly. He answered the questions so kindly.

Rooms a little small for three people, however still good value for Zürich. Travelling with a 12 year old child and staying in red light district was always going to be a balance, however it was totally fine. We felt safe and although the street was really busy outside all night, the rooms were quiet and soundproofed and no one bothered us.

Within walking distance to all of Zurich’s attractions, as well as main train and bus stations. Friendly reception and spotless rooms. Really good value for money. Good Asian restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The pillows are flat, the shower stall is nice but extremely small and it is hard not to get water on the floor in front of the shower door. Also, the location wasn't the best. I had trouble findng it the first time and the neighbourhood wasn't the nicest area of town. We had no issues, but in the last night (Monday) there was yelling in the middle of the night. The rate was a bit high considering it didn't offer any extras such as breakfast and I even booked 6 months in advance.

I liked the room. The beds and blankets were very nice. The shower head was great. The staff at the front desk was pleasant although their English was not strong. The patio outside was a bonus.

Should have done more research. There is a brothel across the street and in the evening and night there are prostitution for several blocks around the hotel. Definitely not a family hotel.

The hotel room was very basic. Not even a glass to have a drink if water. It felt like student accommodation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to see. The breakfast was a good selection that suited all of us. One very hot night, we were able to order pizzas and sat in the courtyard eating them and playing cards.

Might get a bit stuffy as there is no A.C or fan, but opening the windows is sufficient as it is cold outside even in summers.

Clean and good room with a nice washroom. Friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel is pretty close to the station but a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Top attractions of Zurich are at a walkable distance from the hotel like the limmat river, Zurich lake, etc

Location even though near to Zurich HB, is bit shady (red light district). I woke up middle of the night and saw outside of the window with some questionable activities going on. Also you see an erotic shop as soon as you get out of the hotel. So if you are a family especially with young kids, do consider this. Breakfast had very limited options which can be improved quite a bit. Price was a bit high as well, but maybe thats on me as i booked only couple of days before stay.

Hotel is very clean and not far from Zurich HB station. You can even walk from there. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, my wife fell sick during our trip and i asked for late checkout since she was sleeping with fever and the Pakistani guy at reception was very helpful in that. We checked out at around 12:30.
