1. Shower area water leak to room. 2. AC not working 3. Location is near some owdy bars and pubs, quite noisy at night if windows are opened. 4. No kettle 5. Cleanliness of room need to be look into.

The hotel area at night is very active, therefore, it is better to keep it in mind before, if you want to come and go felm the hotel at this time.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the facilities were also good. The hotel area at night is loud and active, but from the room we could not hear anything. We could reach the hotel walking from the train station.

The workers were really nice. We got there before check-in time and they already had the room ready. They also gave us breakfast before the hour. Ahmed was amazing in the morning and there was a worker in the afternoon that we didn't got the name who was also really great

Where to begin. Bang in the middle of prostitution haven, so non stop noise until early morning plus the nuisance. Hardly any towels so better bring your own.

Proximity to ZHB is ok.

The soundproofing between the rooms wasn't quite perfect - I could hear other guests' alarms in the morning. Breakfast was standard, nothing fancy, but the coffee leaves much to be desired.

Wonderful staff and lovely fresh interiors. Good wifi, decent-sized bathroom - I liked the little shelf above the sink to put all my products on. There are bars on the street which are noisy til late - but once you close the windows you don't hear a thing, very good soundproofing from the road.

The roadworks surrounding the hotel - NOT the hotel’s fault of course.

The noise level from outside of the room is my only ding for this stay.

The size of the room was great for 4 travelers. Staff was very accommodating, even when the bar was closed, they provided tea to us for no additional charge.

I struggle with the beds at hotels and this was no different. All hotels seem to think that everyone needs a quilt to stay warm. All I need is a top sheet at the normal temps (around 20 degrees) which is not available. Trip Inn provided a quilt cover which I was able to tuck in at the bottom which was better than most but I do wonder if being able to offer a proper sheet and perhaps a light rug might be an option?

Room had all the facilities that I needed for the stay at this time. Bed and bathroom essentially but the room also had desk, cupboard etc so a longer stay would have been just as comfortable.

Really bussy street, with alot of party noice (if you have to open the windows) also our aircondition didnt work. also our madrasses had alot of stains on them when we arrived.

The thing that saves the hotel, is that the hotel isnt that far away from the centrum and the trainstation.

I know Zurich is an expensive city but in any other place the price for this hotel would not be more than EUR 70. Paying almosto EUR 200.

Slow wifi signal. Pillow was very thin, the location was a little bit of a walk going to old.town.
