All ok except the noise of /in the room and the fact that i was on the 4th floor which is not idealnsince there isn't amy lift. Additionally since it was not rhe first time i booked with Visonaparments i found useless and boudensomento send again my ID when in fact you already had it. This should be imporved for anither time

- No elevator (so keep that in mind if you have a stroller or heavy baggage) - no possibility to leave luggage at property - At more than 200 euros/night, price is OK for Zurich, but still - water leaks out of shower: keep your clothes and other belongings always from the floor in front of the shower! - cost of baby crib/cot way too high

- 1 very spacious bedroom with queen size bed (I booked for 3 adults and two children, one aged 6 and one aged 2) - 1 spacious bedroom with queen size bed - decently-equipped equipped kitchen - Had roller blinds on windows that allowed to completely block sunlight - about 15 minutes on foot from Zurich main station

At arrival you are supposed to have received your check in code to open the door. Unfortunately, I have never received that code and had to call upon arrival. Had to wait 5 min to talk to someone but then it was dealt with quickly. Make sure that you received a code otherwise contact them before arrival.

Fair price for Zurich. Room is equipped with a small kitchen and the layout was quite nice.

Room was smaller than expected but still managed fine. Furniture/bed was quite old though and not the most comfortable bed, but fine for a few nights and good value for money regardless.

Excellent location right around the corner from a tram stop, only a few stops from the main station. Although very central, a nice quiet area to get back to at the end of the day. Room is well equipped.

Well it was not a big deal but there was no elevator seems like. It would have been uncomfortable if we had big suitcases. Also, the first morning of our stay, at 9 am the cleaning lady who was cleaning the room next to us was angrily shouting in Italian as in speaking loud and this was extremely disturbing. I had to go tell her to keep iher voice down. There were 6 apartments on the floor, I am sure everyone heard her. Then the 2nd morning of our stay, at 8 am someone was listening to music. Very thin walls. I did have some problems with the communication before arrival. When I made the booking, in the confirmation we were told to send our IDs over email. Which I did a few days before arrival. No response from them for a week. We were calling them on Friday during hours and no one picked. Tried on Saturday, no one picking up. Finally got in touch on Monday and they said they would send us a link to submit our personal information. We were 2 people staying. Now, which one is it - link or email? So I tried doing it via the webapp link. There was no option to add a 2nd tenant. And when I completed my info, I uploaded a picture and it did not want to accept the format evwn though it was correct. I submitted and was hoping everything goes well. Later that day we got a response over email that our check-in was completed and we were all setup. I just have to say that was a terrible user experience because of which I am deducting 2 points and 2 points for the loud cleaner and the person who was listening to music this early in the morning. Very inconsiderate. Otherwise had no issues with the room. On the tiny side byt enough for what I needed it. Also the transportation links were great.

It was extremely disappointing that I did not get the check i code for about 6 hours post my check in time. The self check in website did not accept documents for which i had to email them over and over. I started requesting for the code one day before my check in and got it only 6 hours after check in time. Specially in Zurich with all the bags etc, this was a frustrating experience with the check in. I lost half the day replying to emails as I needed to be in a good network place and couldn’t do much. This is the only bad experience.

The apartment was not very clean: -the walls were dirty -there was a lot of dust between the smal closet and the wall and it was visible -the bathroom sink had an issue and did not evacuate the water properly -the towels had hair on them. Did not seem very clean

check out time of 10am is very early compared to other places I have stayed, especially considering the late check in time. The property heating was unable to be controlled. It was roasting / very stuffy and even when i turned radiators to 0 the heat continued. its seems the property may have underfloor heating / heat coming from below and the bathroom seemed to put out loads of heat. it was not comfortable and the only thing to do was leave open balcony / windows which meant bugs could come in. Tired calling when i arrived but no answer perhaps due to being late in evening but it does say the line is 24 hours. Lighting in bedrooms and living room is not great (perhaps put in standing lamps) and also a lightbulb was out in sitting room. I also don’t understand the point of sliding doors for the bedroom that you can see through from the sitting room. Watching tv in sitting room you can clearly see the anyone that is sleeping in the bedroom as the glass sliding doors, whilst grey, are transparent. There needs to be more privacy.

Was impossible to check-in earlier than 3pm, I asked for it a month before that, didn't got a reply until a day before, when I asked again. Got automatic messages telling that it's very important to check-out latest at 10am, then 20 hours before check-out I get a message reminding of that, and also that if I want to change the check-out time, I need to reach out at least one day in advance.

Good location, clean, got a cleaning service halfway in my stay which I think wasn't mentioned before and I was pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was not as pleasant as I had hoped due to several issues: 1. **Lack of Elevator**: The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator available. Carrying two heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs was a difficult way to begin my stay. 2. **Unreliable Wi-Fi**: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, frequently disconnecting after about 10 minutes of use, which made it difficult to stay connected for work or leisure. 3. **Plumbing Issues**: Both the sink and shower experienced frequent clogging, causing water to drain very slowly. This resulted in frequent delays and inconvenience. 4. **Air Conditioning**: There is no central air conditioning in the apartment. While two portable air conditioners are provided, only one of them was functional during my stay. 5. **Noise Levels**: The apartment lacks soundproofing. I could hear people using the stairs at all hours, which may be problematic for light sleepers. 6. **No Luggage Storage**: There was no option for luggage storage in the building, which made it difficult to manage my bags after check-out. 7. **Early Check-out**: The check-out time was 10:00 am, which is earlier than many other places and left me feeling rushed. Overall, these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected.

The mattresses were too thin as well as the pillows, and the blankets were too thick for the summer. Inappropriate painting in the kitchen of the apartment we stayed in - I had children with me.
