Smelt of smoke. The cleaner left the windows open to air the smell of smoke out but even after hours the smell did not go away. Check in from 3pm but the cleaner was there til nearly 4pm

Bathroom was really tiny, particularly the sink and was not very convenient. There is no revelatory, which I did not know before booking. With a heavy luggage I was given a room on a 3rd floor and was very difficult

Very clean and smells fresh from the entrance, a little dated building but still very comfortable. Was a little cold (start of january) but the staff was nice and brought me an extra heater when i asked for it<3 overall very happy with my stay, and not to mention the location of the property, extremely easy to get around wherever i wanted to go =)

Place is dirty. There was hair all over the sheets. One of the rooms the heater wasn’t working. So cold nights when sleep which was horrible. Then they gave us the wrong access code. We were left outside in the cold for 30 mins. Someone in another room let us in and let us use their phone to call the 24 hour line. They did not answer. It was two hours later they answered the phone and finally gave us a new code to enter the building and room. Honestly a horrible experience. Will not recommend. Not worth the price.

The shower soap holder was barely even attached and the bed was broken a screen was loose and the wood planks couldn't stay attached I had ro fix it the best I could and lightly get on the bed and not move or it would colapse. It was extremely loud with people blarring thier music and the outside had constant slamming the whole night. I know the music has nothing to do with the owner but that's how thin the wall are

The staff was not cooperative at all. Before booking, I specifically requested a cot for my baby, but upon arrival, I was asked to pay €45 for it. There was no mention of any additional charges for the cot during the booking process. Additionally, no extra bedsheet or duvet was provided. The duvet available was small and old, which was very disappointing. The apartment was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which made it extremely inconvenient as I had to carry all the luggage and the stroller by hand. This experience was far from satisfactory.

There are too many problems we faced. First of all the place is not suitable for family. We just arrived 1 hour before check-in time and i already asked on mail for early check-in, but i got negative reply. Then asked for put luggages in safe. Also received negative reply. So we had to wait with baby and two luggages under the rain. There is no lift in apartment. Dishwasher is out of service. Also in bath there is no enough space for watercloset to sit. Also bath leaked all the water outside. Although we asked extra bed for baby, there was not. As a result i don’t recommend anyone especially families.

Be aware you need to leave promptly at your check out time - we had someone knocking on the door 5mins before.

Spacious bedrooms, lovely bathroom, and good kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook. You can’t adjust the heating so just turn the radiators up and down as needed (it was lovely and warm). Good location 10min walk from the centre.

The room smelled like cigarette to the point I had to keep the windows open all day (and night in the cold) to even tolerate being in the room/sleeping. The cleaning team did come in and used a machine to fix the problem but it was not 100% resolved. The room is extremly tiny, the photos were a bit misleading. Location was ok. The main clubbing street is very close so you have a lot of homeless people and escorts roaming the streets at night. Otherwise it is fairly close to the main attractions and train station.

The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator, a fact not mentioned in the listing. The room’s picture did not match the actual room, which was much smaller than it appeared in the photos.

No lift, so we had to carry a pushchair, baby and bags three flights of stairs. If you are over 5feet 5inches talL, you won't be able to sit on the toilet, or have a shower. My husband is over 6 feet tall, so he struggled. The shower leaks all over the tiny bathroom. The check out time is way too early. We requested a late checkout due to having a baby and was willing to pay (which was quoted as 42CHF), however was advised to contact the owners the day before leaving to confirm this. Was informed that it would not be possible due to another booking, however suddenly the apartment became available if we were to extend our stay by another night for 300CHF!!!!

The beds were both broken (fixed the next day) and the shower sprayed the entire bathroom. The toilet roll holder was a fold-out type that was dangerous because it would fold out over de toilet and if you sat down, you would get hurt! Sounds weird but it's true.

The design is a bit outdated. The walls are super dark and light switchers are confusing. Our bathroom sink was plugged.

We stayed for three days with a friend. The location was great, just few mins away from the tram station, from which you can get to the city center. The area is quiet and peaceful, few restaurants and cafes around. The flat is specious, well equipped even for the longer stays. The beds are comfortable. Big plus for being pet friendly.

Overall, very worn off apartment. I can’t say it was dirty, but the overall accommodation needs some serious attention from management. Horribly dirty walls, mold in shower, windows not closing properly, no AC, old or broken furniture, painted floor (no tiles, no refinish of any kind). And this is about the apartment itself. Building: the same. We had noisy young neighbors which meant smoking at all times (with heavy smell in our apartment), empty beers on the stairs, and so on. I was not impressed. Last but not least: super uncomfy beds, and NO PILLOWS!! We had 4 terrible pillows for 4 people, no additional stuff (pillows, bed linen, warm covers, etc) and nobody around to ask anything. We ended up using bathroom towels to sleep, it wasn’t fun. Also: 2nd floor, no elevator. No AC, which makes the apartment almost unbearable (if you open your windows, you will get smoke from neighbors). For 250+ CHF per nights this isn’t acceptable. I understand Zurich is expensive, but this lack of hospitality suggest one should change job.

This property has two pluses: location (city center), internet (good connection). That’s it.
