We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was good- Self serve. Excellent location right across from the train station. Our deluxe room had tons of windows and great views of the city. Beds were very comfortable. Despite being right in the city, our room was quiet, we had a restful night’s sleep.

SwitzerlandEverything was great! We were able to park in the hotel courtyard for a fee but this was very convenient. The room was wonderful for 3 people. It was a junior suite. It was veryclean, the sofa bed was already made up and ready to use. We liked the fact that it had two bathrooms, one with a shower and sink and one with a bathtub and toilet and sink. The room felt like a tiny apartment. It was very well-insulated. We heard almost nothing from the street below and absolutely nothing from the other rooms. There is fresh water in the lobby available and even a coffee machine. The room has a great set up with coffee machine and water boiler also. The curtains are very nice and make it nice and dark at night.
