I recommend this place to have flexible late check-outs and early check-ins when available. The lobby area is also very comfortable, offering free Wi-Fi if you need to wait.

I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation in this city, as it offered easily accessible and comfortable amenities. I recommend it to anyone on a short trip to Basel.

It has a really great location if you want to visit Colmar or Strasbourg for christmas markets. You can stay in this location and you can visit easily everywhere around Basel. The hyve gives a free ticket for to use in city center. Everywhere clean and beautiful 🤩

It can be noisy at night. I could hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door.

The place is very well thought out and well maintained. It has all you need for a short stay on a budget. The room was clean and so were the public areas and the bathrooms. Very convenient location, five minute away from the main train station of Basel.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed so I woke up to the noise of someone using the hairdryer in the shared shower room at 7 am.

Great hostel. A few minutes walking from Basel SBB station. You can do the check-in online and they send you a message when your room is ready so you can enter. There's a kitchen, laundry and luggage room. I like the fact that they have single private rooms, so you can have privacy with the fun hostel atmosphere.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the hostel, but I think it’s a lot of money for a city like Basel.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everybody had their own large locker. Social facilities were good, it had a small garden and a large cafe/socialising area. The hostel was really close to the main train station and a supermarket. Also the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you Alex!

My light and usb port charging are not working and I didn’t bother to complain as I’m only staying for a day. Other than that everything is fine.

I like the concept of using Bluetooth for keycards. I didn’t even meet the reception during check-in and check-out. Great location which is near the Basel Main Station. Clean rooms and water closets as well.

Toilets felt a little dated but still satisfied.

Firstly, as a solo traveller the pod was great in terms of offering security and privacy while also being cheap. First pod I was allocated the usb charger didn't work - staff immediately swapped me to a new pod no fuss. I arrived late and left early but would happily have spent much longer at the accommodation.
