Location close to the airport, shuttle can be booked for an small extra charge, breakfast was great. Had dinner next door with a great Vietnamese Pho!

I checked in after 11pm when the reception was already closed. Then I found no towels in the room which was a huge inconvenience to me. The next day the receptionist confirmed that it was a negligence but they couldn't do much as I only stayed one night.

The location was prime. The public transport (bus) takes you from Zurich airport to the hotel in 10 mins. So you could save some budgets by not staying at the airport. The facilities are pretty basic. Great that there was a hair-dryer in the room. It could have been better to have a kettle and proper mugs (not paper cups). Note that bottle water was not provided. The self-check-in machine worked fine for me, though it did take proper 5 minutes to fill in all the information.

Lights have low intensity, so difficult to shave well. Should have at least a plastic class for water instead of the carton one. Corridor carpet a bit unglued on the sides. TV only in German and I could not figure out English channels. Could not lift the window blinds to see the sunlight, forcing a low light room in the morning.

100 meters from train station, effective check-in/out, clean, comfortable bed.

Shower head could not be fixed, the water was going towards the wall and not one, had to keep it in my hand, not easy .. The towels are soooo small , they could be used only for small children...

Limited choices for breakfast. Glass door for WC and shower which can be an issue if you are with a friend and want to have privacy when going to the toilet or taking a shower.

Very convenient location near the train station and to the airport. Bad is really comfortable.

Couldn't figure out how the lights worked. Breakfast not that great.

Perfect for a short stay. Near the train into Zurich, 15-20 minute ride, close to airport with $8 shuttle available. Breakfast not that great. Decent restaurants and grocery stores nearby.. A commercial neighborhood, kind of quiet expectation at night.

The way the room is arranged is a bit weird (the sink is at the entrance just behind the door?) not in the bathroom But not really something to complain about

It would have been nicer to have separate toiletries for hair and body wash. It would have been nice to have the system already pick up the info during check in instead of manually entering all the information all over again on the machine.

The property had the basic requirements and was okay for a short stay. There was 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash so for females, it can mess up your hair after a day or so. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were good. While overall good experience, it was a bit pricey for the basic ammendities and still require you to spend on uber to and from the airport.
