The breakfast was good and everything went smoothly witch self-check in and check out. The location was not too far away from the train station so good option for budget trip if to go ski in Andermatt.

I would be happier if my room was in the same level as the lift, but I had bad luck, only a few apartments are not accessible by lift.

The accommodation is close to the train station and close to a supermarket. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel is located walking distance from the train station with direct connections to Andermatt and the rest of the Switzerland. The room was clean, warm and comfy, nothing to complain about. A good, budget base for exploring the nearby skiing resort of Andermatt.

There is no restaurant for dinner at the moment and as there is no one in the reception was difficult to understand how to use the sauna. Also could be very nice to have a mini bar in the room to store some food

Breakfast cost extra 15 Swiss Francs. I don’t usually have breakfast but would have enjoyed a coffee and a croissant but don’t want to pay that much for it. Typical small shower.

Göschenen is not a very nice place. Not alot to do and not too cozy. Also, the building is quite old and not too attractive. It should also be made clearer that breakfast is not included.

Very good price performance ratio for the Andermatt region. Rooms were comfortable, clean and big enough, even if the building is quite old and not too attractive. Breakfast was also good and staff friendly.

I pre-paid for my stay and I had a room with breakfast, but at the reception I was told that I had to pay for breakfast as well as the tourist tax (all together plus another 33 francs), this is not right somehow!

I was stranded on the pass leading to me needing a last minute emergency overnight stay. This was fast, easy to reach and the staff was very flexible and friendly, as it was no problem I had a dog with me as well

Wifi is only in the bedrooms. Restaurant closed on Mondays (we went to the tunnellers' Kantine... And the bar doesn't open until 19:30, so no after ride beers available. For our motorcycle trip, we would have been better located in Andermatt; more to do and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Useful to have a secure garage for our motorcycles. Nice food and the breakfast was perfect.

Maybe the exchange rate, but rather pricey for me. The TV didn't work, and I never saw a member of staff, though the self check in was well informed and smooth. I would have expected breakfast for the price, or at least the facility to make a drink.

This peaceful hotel provided an excellent stopping point for a couple of nights asking our cycling trip through Switzerland. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. It offers a generous amount of garage space to store bicycles. Our group all reported that the restaurant provided excellent meals.

Very clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy about the room but that’s fine. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The staff at breakfast & dinner were very welcoming. Even though we couldn’t speak German, they coached us through it with a smile. The wine & food were delicious. We highly recommend if you need a comfortable place in the area.
