We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room wasn't clean. traces of shoes on the floor and the bathroom wasn't great. no bath curtains either so it gets messy very quickly when you have a shower. Location is not good. far from everything.

United KingdomUnfortunately, it would appear the kitchen and staff that cater for the evening meals are not the same staff that prepare the breakfast. The reason I have given a low score to the hotel and the poor value for money is pretty much all attributed to the breakfast. After having to pay an extra £20 sterling per person as I was unable to book a bed and breakfast rate when making the room reservations, the breakfast was rubbish. The scrambled eggs were like a solid mass of rubber , unedible, and with very little other hot food to choose from, the four of us all left still feeling rather hungry. I had expected far better, especially considering our one night stay cost a total of £520.00 Okay , £200 of that was the evening meal , with drinks, for 4 adults, but £320.00 for bed and breakfast for us , I still feel was not great value.
Great location for a one night stop over when heading to the Alps. Plenty of parking , free of charge. The evening restaurant is really good. Everyone commented on how good the food was.
