We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Democratic Republic of the Congomy room was extremely dirty , even after 3 nights of cleaning (i doubt they cleaned anything) it was extremely dirty!!!! room against a restaurant patio..noises all the time! no ac! the very small room was very hot i did not sleep at all

Poland- in other Swiss cities you have free public transport when having accommodation but not in Zurich.. 24h ticket cost 9CHF (30mins to the center) - okay for one night, for longer stay it’s not comfortable - there was only one dark curtain so in the day time it wasn’t private - elevator took always long to arrive so it was faster to use stairs
+ free parking + friendly staff + European adapter was on the desk so there was no need to use Swiss switch adapter

PolandPerfect for short stay. Staff - amazing, very helpful, you can ask anything. Hotel is great located - bus station on the other side of the street, highway in a minute. Price also makes it very good option for a stay near Zurich. :) It may don’t have ac but there’s a fan in the room so if you need it just switch it on - in march otherwise wasn’t needed at all. Bar 24/7, good breakfast, all flexible and kind handled - surely recommended choice!
