Hotel was very nice but very expensive. Checking in was very smooth, nice porter looked after our luggage as we arrived early. Room very comfortable and clean. Nice flat easy walk to main train station, we travelled with all our luggage but it wasn't a problem. Only negative comment would be the price was very expensive, although Zurich is overall quite expensive.

The welcoming and supportive staff, cleanness and professionalism. We came after long multi-trips and the staff were very helpful and helped unwind the tiredness in swift check-in, nice rooms and excellent reception. Big thanks to Mr. Mark from the reception for his great support.

Hotel quite sterile Marriott feature I guess ! Staff on reception not overly nice or efficent compared to our stay in other hotels Zermatt & St Moritz No concierge to greet us on arrival at door No porter or offer of help with luggage Reception gave no information on the hotel facilities Bedroom : no luggage rack so trying to work out of case on the floor NOt sure what the upgrade to Tower room was all about - room was v small for 5* property & souless walk through conference centre to get to it

Nothing in particular I would argue. Perhaps, for some people it would feel slightly inconvenient to need to walk from the hotel to the city center (although the distance is really short).

The location was quite nice and calm, away from the hustle of the city center and it's main roads. The breakfast was alright for our tastes, a little bit more variety would have been a great boon. All in all, it was a great experience overall.

the location is far than the center and their is noises at the night because of the lake infront of the hotel, also the beds are not comfy ,other than that everything was good

once you book in the hotel they give access to the club, the club is really fun you can play games or eat snack or breakfast, i really loved this service.

We stayed for 2 nights . Staff/room service came several times during our stay , knocked quietly and opened the door (once while we were in bed) …all unrequested visits . It felt slightly intrusive.

The extractor fan in the loo wasn't working hence got a little stuffy in there . Otherwise it was exceptional quality. Good value for money.

The elevators, corridors of the old building were smelly at the time of my presence.

Some parts of the hotel (North wing) were recently renovated which I really liked. The hotel is near to the main train station but not that close to the city center.

I was not given the correct room for the Ist night. I dont know what happen between the hotel & booking.com does not communicate well. I only realised it after the 1st night after complaining. Another thing is the location of this hotel is a bit far from the city centre & train station. We need to walk quite a distance & dangerous to cross the busy road infront of the hotel. No proper signage of alternative road crossing the river.

The new renovated room in the new wing..are marvellous. I love it. But I only got it after complaining abt my booking. So I only get it for 1 night. The staff at thd counter handlrs it well to transfer my bags to the new room. The interior decors of the lobby, lounge & rooms especially the new wing was awesome..love it.
