There was no telephone in the room, which made it difficult to contact reception & TV wasn't working.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly, which made check-in very pleasant. The location is quite convenient, about 10 mins walk to train station or just one stop by tram.

There is no coffee or tea facilities in the room. But had the option for purchase a coffee from the bar.

Great location, walking distance to Zurich HB if you're travelling by train & all other Zurich tourist attractions. Nice bar area, friendly reception & staff overall. The lady who checked us in Friday evening was lovely & very welcoming. Good size room for the price and beds were comfortable, Juliet style balcony which was nice to allow in some fresh air.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zurich HB train station. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided detailed directions to reach the hotel via public or private transport through the booking chat. The check-in counter staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive to all my questions. They even recommended restaurants to experience authentic Swiss cuisine in Zurich. Additionally, the pay per use laundry room on level 2 is very convenient and well-maintained. However, you need to read the laundry service instruction in details and buy the token from check-in counter.

Enjoyable stay overall and great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. The internet speed was quite slow and the room is on the small side which is worth keeping in mind if travelling with lots of luggage.

The room was small, hardly any place to walk around w/o no touch eaching other. Closets like open shelves. Would prefer a kettle heater in the room rather than going to the reception to make hot water. Did not order the breakfast, not a breakfast person.

The staff were friendly, we checked in early but was able to accommodate us without any charges. Thank you. The bed was comfy for a stay, there's station to fill your water bottle and make hot water for your tea or food if needed. Eco friendly 😊 Separate toilet from the shower, give room for individual to do their business separately 😊
