We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location, walking distance to Zurich HB if you're travelling by train & all other Zurich tourist attractions. Nice bar area, friendly reception & staff overall. The lady who checked us in Friday evening was lovely & very welcoming. Good size room for the price and beds were comfortable, Juliet style balcony which was nice to allow in some fresh air.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zurich HB train station. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided detailed directions to reach the hotel via public or private transport through the booking chat. The check-in counter staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive to all my questions. They even recommended restaurants to experience authentic Swiss cuisine in Zurich. Additionally, the pay per use laundry room on level 2 is very convenient and well-maintained. However, you need to read the laundry service instruction in details and buy the token from check-in counter.

United StatesThe room was small, hardly any place to walk around w/o no touch eaching other. Closets like open shelves. Would prefer a kettle heater in the room rather than going to the reception to make hot water. Did not order the breakfast, not a breakfast person.
The staff were friendly, we checked in early but was able to accommodate us without any charges. Thank you. The bed was comfy for a stay, there's station to fill your water bottle and make hot water for your tea or food if needed. Eco friendly 😊 Separate toilet from the shower, give room for individual to do their business separately 😊
