The room worked well for us, a couple staying 1 night, but the room was VERY small. Staying there for a longer period of time or not as a couple would have been more difficult

Everything was in walking distance. The property had a restaurant and a bar and snacks we could take up to our room.

Staff at the hotel lacked basic customer service behaviours. They don’t even acknowledge customers positively. They seemed overwhelmed with work but that is still not good enough reason for the poor customer service standards. Their communication with customers was also very poor. Room was very basic too. It didn’t even have a kettle for making a cup of coffee. Never seen such lack of basic facilities in a hotel before.

Room is small for 3 person Bathroom/toilet not properly safe,gets wet the whole floor if taking shower No mirror in the room ,only in the toilet Staff in the bar not so friendly when asking for hot water (as no coffee facility in rhe room)

This time I noticed there were no free drinks like coffee or tea at reception, only water.

Always a safe bet, I have stayed there more than 5-6 times in the past 3 years when I need to travel for work to Zurich, great comfort and nice ambience.

The hotel was pretty basic and there was building works happening right next door starting at 7am. Slept very poorly due to uncomfortable bed and the curtains not big enough for the window and letting light in. No facilities for hot drinks other than from the bar which we were charged double the price advertised on the menu! Breakfast was also pretty poor, limited selection and bread/pastries were stale.

The location was perfect. Couple of minutes on the tram into the centre. Tram stop virtually right outside. Rooms were very clean.

The rooms are very small and I didn’t like the shower space with the transparent glass door being in the middle between the bed and the toilet and the only way there to get some privacy is a dirty curtain and the toilet really smelled bad. Another thing is the parking space, it was very narrow and extremely expensive for one night

Room was very compact. Didn't expect it to be this small. Mattress was not comfortable. No water/coffeemaker /refrigerator in room. Had to get coffee & water from ground floor near reception. Parking was very expensive.

Bathroom is separated from toilet and fully transparent made up of glass. No drinking water supply to room . Small room .Small trash bin. Freshly prepared food was not available eg egg omelet etc

Did not like that the toilet bowl is enclosed in a room. Toilet design is odd. TV connection can be better with wider range of channels. Could be price slightly cheaper.

The location was alright as it was at a walkable distance. Overall passable for a couple of nights.

Wifi with no password. Please secure your wifi. It gives us IT people the heeby-jeebies. Also, a water boiler in the room would have been nice. Easy way to make tea and they're cheap. Worthwhile investment in my opinion.

Excellent value for the money. Nearly perfect it was. If I ever have business in Zurich again, I know where I'm going. Being close to the Hauptbahnhof is an added bonus. Very well done indeed.
