Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was very hot. Difficulty to get fans from staff, not available. Rooms were cramped with no separation of the shower from the rest of the room making it inconvenient to use the shower due to a lack of privacy with family. Parking spaces were limited and tight. Average tea and coffee facility. Lot of things can be improved.
Breakfast was very good with lots of options. And location was close to the City centre. cleaning spot on. Staff was helpful.

Too expensive for this type of hotel, only paper cups for brushing teeth and not replaced in the next day. Moreover, the bin is too small and only one for the entire room.

No air conditioning in a modern hotel is pretty poor. 30 degrees in Zürich during the stay. We were staying the night of the Techno festival (our mistake) so the advice from the reception not to go out after 8pm and the arrival of the security guards did not set the scene well for our first visit to Zurich.

Tiny rooms - very very expensive from the perspective of room size
Nice, Vibrant coffee shop. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Merged lobby and coffee shop gives a comfortable experience while in lobby

The water closet is very small and the heavy door shuts automatically - feels a little claustrophobic.
The location is close to the train station and lots of restaurants. It’s a very clean hotel and the automatic blinds are so convenient. The lobby is also very nice to gather with friends.

No air conditioning and in the heat of summer it’s brutal. They do provide fans as a back up but it does not make the room comfortable. The resturant was completely over priced for what it offered

Trained staff and provide value of money to customers.
Location was good.However the Reception staff was unfriendly and requests were declined and no value for i paid for. I would not recommend this to anyone who is cautious about value for money.I am a Accor silver member but still did not get any benefits.

The concept of an Ibis style hotel. The rooms had no phones. If you needed something you had to take a treck to the front desk. You were provide with no wash rags to bathe with and unbeknownst to me there was no safe in the room. It was my first time staying at this type of hotel. Not my preferred style of service for the future.

Indicates there is air conditioning. Staff stated it is against Swedish rules - fans are supplied upon request and work well.

There is NO A/C at the property. Call to verify if you don’t believe me. They show you a laminated notice informing of law changes that don’t allow A/C. No idea if legit - but ask for a fan before they are gone or you will sweat to sleep. Brutal in hot summer.
Location is 10/10. Great lobby as well.

We asked for two rooms close together when booked but this was not accommodated. Carpet dirty and drain blocked in room with bad smell.
