acceptable check-in and bar & restaurant personal . For the price it would be better trained personal. Transfer delayed from 06:00 left 6:35 to airport. ( OK! still didn´t lose the flight)

I arrived at 3pm and had to wait for 1.5 because my room was not ready. In the beginning they even told me they might not have space for me and they would send me to another hotel which I have refused- that was not the hotel I had paid for. The personel from breakfast are always very stressed. They run like lost chickens.. at the bar we ordered food (two pastas and two chickens) and he took them 2 hours to serve us the food. I recommend you go somewhere else for dinner.

The location is great and the spa is nice. They have a good option of massages.

The TV in my room did not work. It switched on but I could not change channels or watch anything. The AC in my room was very weak and it took forever to cool down the room.

Hotel is less 15mins drive from airport , Rooms and facilities are clean, it is close to a shopping mall , bed is comfortable , good view on swimming pool, low noise

I had to wait more than one hour after ordered my dinner at the bar area. I also ordered a chocolate ice cream and the lady brought me a terrible ice cream that had been defrosted several times. It was not in a condition to be consumed. Even after I returned it, this employee and her colleague insisted several times that I had to pay for what I returned. it was terrible. poor professionalism.

The checkin process is very complicated, the reception staff not very friendly. The pool is not in use, the view is not very nice.

It was very clean. Nice that it has a fitness room. Convenient shuttle service to the airport, relatively close to airport. Good meeting room.

The check in took very long unnecessarily. We had 3 rooms and it took us about 1 hour to check into the property. Things were also not explained too well to us regarding the facilities, our booking, etc. We weren't told this prior to check in but the pool is being renovated.

The rooms are great. The spa and gym are good too.

i didn't really appreciate the fact that clients will wait at the reception for long times for rooms to get ready for instance my boss had to stay for more than 2 hours at the lobby

The breakfast was superb as there was verities and the quality was great. I also liked the city view and the punctuality of the kitchen to get breakfast and dinner ready on time.
