The hotel was just okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but nothing particularly stood out to make the stay memorable. The food, unfortunately, was a letdown in my opioid, and with limited variety. That said, the staff were definitely the highlight. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience better.

Stayed for one night, then rebooked at reception as I had to travel to San Pedro, when I returned I was told I had no booking, which was extremely unconvincing. Towels were old as well

Was charged double for breakfast compared to what Booking.com said which irritated me & when asked about this the staff said that could do nothing about this. Tried to message Booking.com with the complaint but have received no response.

Breakfast cost more than what booking.com had indicated - and the omellettes were cold :( The towels could be upgraded - frayed and sanderpaper-ish. Wifi kept dropping. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived :/

We really appreciated the service - the staff went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. The bed linen was of a surprisingly good quality.

The room service sucks, every time we called, items from the menu were unavailable and one night the cook wasn't even on sight. The cleaning lady for some reason most days cleaned our room late. We would come back to the hotel from sightseeing and shopping around 3-4 pm, and the room still wasn't touched. We had to complain few times, but thankfully Olivier always found solutions for us.

We stayed there for twelve days over the holidays. My wife and I loved the proximity of the hotel to our different center of interests. It is a very well secured building with security guards and police officers. The staff was good, especially Olivier at the reception who went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. He also took the time to tell us where the good food places were. Just for him, we will go back there.

Breakfast was adequate. It would have been great to have a chef do omelettes for us instead of the already prepared one. Good all the same. Location was quiet and safe. Not too long for town; quick access to transport services - Yango, Uber etc.

Airport pickup was extremely chaotic. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with visible dirt. Bathroom didn't have a door, which resulted in high humidity in the room. Card payment was unavailable at checkout, so I had to withdraw a large amount of cash to pay for my stay.

Excellent location in the Plateau administrative district. Daily cleaning and friendly staff. Room was equipped with dehumidifier. Good selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Wifi is pretty hopeless for 2023. You get a far stronger signal at the airport (and most other locations for that matter). The quality of the wifi needs to be looked at.

Staff were generally very friendly and polite. Shuttle bus turned up this time, so an improvement. Food was generally good and ample.

The noise in the corridors are pretty much transferred through the walls. I had been awakened every single night due to noise. The in-room dining food was less than ok. I ordered a sandwich which was supposed to be a 'special Ivotel sandwich' that wasn't at all yummy, dry, and nothing special in it.

The room I booked should have included microwave and fridge but there was none. Also place was very noisy especially in the evenings.

Booked the airport shuttle, but on leaving the terminal it was nowhere to be seen. Repeated attempts to ring the hotel were not answered so had to take a taxi at my own additional expense. Just a "sorry" from reception staff, which they seem to have to do quite frequently. They did ensure the shuttle was available for the return journey.
