Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This is our second stay at Moana Sands Beachfront Villas. The location is absolute waterfront. We walked out of our villa, and onto golden sand with crystal water, that is perfect for snorkeling. 2 bedrooms - both cool with air-conditioning and own bathroom.

New ZealandNo onsite restaurant or place to have breakfast (assuming we didn't want to self cater 100% of the time) The independent cafe next door was unappealing, especially with a horrible big fridge in the doorway. range of fin and masks, it looks like these have just been inherited by previous guests leaving them. We couldn't get any to fit. Its opposite a 24 supermarket which was handy however on a couple of nights between around 2am and 4pm it got really noisy, not sure why.

New ZealandLocation to wigmores was great, a shame the cafe in front let it down and it's not even attached to the brand. We walked to Yellow Hibiscus, but because we didn't get our own transport, we were reliant on the bus or taxis - completely my problem but it is what it is.

New ZealandMoana Sands was great for a Rarotongan Holiday where you leave your "resort'. The facilities were generous, even the milk in the big fridge was a big carton. The cafe next door and Wigmores across the road were excellent. Our daughter was in the roadside room and the comings and goings at Wigmores did not bother her. We didn't self cater but would be good for those that do. Snorkelling out the front from mid tide was excellent and when it was windy we just went around the island. Having the pool to swim and lounge around in was great too. We loved the downstairs unit with direct access to the sand.

AustraliaIt was a little noisy being so close to the main road and shop but it’s never really that busy - I just know there would be quieter spots. Having a washing machine would be good for longer stays.
Breakfast was left in our fridge and was sufficient. Bananas, papaya, cereal, juice, bread for toast. The location was great, right on the beachfront, step out our door and we are on the sand, crystal clear water and snorkelling as good as anywhere on the island. Handy with Wigmores supermarket across the road and open 24/7. A couple of restaurants in walking distance but only 1 open.

Lovely big apartment beautiful location on the beach great snorkelling with reef shoes etc provided. Watched the whales swim by from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Well stocked grocery store opposite and rental car pick up.

AustraliaThe customer service of the front desk, needs to be more appeasing when there is an issue eg. "I understand where you're coming from " or " let me see how I can help with this and get back to you ".
The breakfast supplied was wonderful - it would be great to be able to choose pre-arrival if wanting muesli , corn flakes etc rather than it be random. The meusli was out of this world ! The availability of the watercraft was so easy to access and I absolutely loved that the groundsman raked the sand every morning so you woke to a fresh start to your day and he was always smiling , optimistic and happy to say hello and chat. Also the foot bowls to rinse your feet before walking into your villa was a nice touch. The rooms were always cleaned to a great standard too.
