Excellent view from the front, you could stay in the room all day. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with fresh cooked eggs. The best place for family’s vacation in Pucon.

We thought there were a few touches that could take this place from “good” to “great”. The breakfast was super basic and we thought that was a shame considering all the great fruits, kuchen, homemade bread, etc. that you can find from the local area. The pool/spa area really needs to be refurbished, the jacuzzi was lukewarm-warm at best and a bit dirty. For having private lake access it’s also a bummer there aren’t chairs or umbrellas down there to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful gardens, original architecture, lake views. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The stocked fireplace in our room was a nice touch that we used every night. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was very good and the pricing fair for the area.

There is nothing to complain

I like the architecture (Bauhaus) and the fact that people take care of it. It’s not cheap but all facilities are treated in a sustainable way. Something I miss often in Chile.. I feel very comfortable in this famous location with all these friendly people.

This is a very special boutique hotel located in a privileged position on the lakes. The views are spectacular from all main guest areas. The staff are very helpful and the food was good.

The spa needs a complete overhaul. No one told us the jacuzzi and hot tub weren’t working and the outside bit of ppl was dirty. Tired looking.

The restroom window was so difficult to close! it was too high. There was a lot of noise at early hours or at rest hours in a wareroom near my room

A little run down but the staff and location with lakeview more than made up for it.

Excellent lakeview with beautiful sunset. Nice walk past marina to downtown Pucon with lots of food restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Cool 70s architecture with a lovely lounge in a glorious lake fronting location and a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool. Walked into a very busy Pucon (bustling peak season Chilean school holidays), although drove in the evening as it would be dangerous to walk at night given the busy road

The pool area although lovely was a little tired. The staff were lovely but on one occasion water was offered in the pool area as if it was free and we were then charged. This felt a little underhand. Otherwise the staff were excellent. We both had massages whilst there which were excellent

Breakfast was just ok. Very few options and nothing was remarkable. The service was very good, though. The restaurant closes 8:00 pm so it forces guests to leave the hotel.

The location is excellent as well as the view from the room and the property itself.

SPA communication i had a busy morning they told me opened at 11 and needed to leave by 11;30, but is it minor it was just communication, 4 days here and haven't been able to use the SPA yet...

Great room, i have used th place many times is may favorite place in Pucon. Tradition is still there, quiet, friendly. Love the place!
