Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Señora Anna una persona muy amable! Prepares breakfast super early if needed of you want to go to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Puerto Natales. Very close to the bus station and not far from restaurants/shop (we did have a rental car). The pillows were the softest we experienced on our trip! Anna Rosa the host is the sweetest lady and took very good care of us even packing us a takeaway breakfast when we left early to go to Torres Del Paine. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Very close to the bus station, but a little far from the center of town, which might influence your decsion. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is typical Continental, Argentian style, but no eggs.

Asoi Hostel is in a perfect location for the bus station. Lovely big room, very clean and warm. Very friendly staff and although not much English, our needs were met perfectly. Satisfying breakfast which was all set up ready for our early start to bus station. Highly recommend it.

Very friendly staff/owner who accommodated our late and early check ins. They stored our bags safely, had comfortable beds, hot showers, and excellent breakfast. Also a huge plus that they are a 4 minute walk to the bus station and a quick walk to town!

Nice quiet place, fast wifi, comfortable beds, and hot water showers. Plentiful breakfast. They let us stash our bags here for while we were away on the O trek which was great. A little pleasant walk from the main town but very close to the bus station which was great for coming and going.

Staff are super helpful and understanding for our stay prior to starting the O trek. The hostel arranged breakfast early for us, as our bus was coming earlier than scheduled breakfast and was willing to store baggage for us as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

The place is really nice and perfectly located for those aiming to be close to the bis station heading to torres del paine. The staff is fantastic, really lovely people. They stored our bags for 5 days while we were in torres del paine.

Just know that it is a 15-20 minute walk to get downtown.
Breakfast was great; she even had gluten free bread. Hot water was available all hours. The place was super close to Terminal Rotoviario (buses to park, Punta Arenas, etc.). Cozy common area to sit & relax. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed for a short night after the W Trek, but this hostal is just wonderful. Host is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and hearty. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and warm. Wish we stayed longer!

The property was cozy and comfortable. The room and the common spaces super clean. The welcoming was very appreciated and we could leave our backpacks over the next day.

This was our favorite place we stayed on our trip. The facilities were clean and smelled good. The breakfast was good. The host was great! She let us keep our luggage there during our backpack and even packed us a breakfast since we left too early to have one there. Definitely recommend!

Very cozy and cute place. Breakfast was good with breads/spreads/ham cheese/cereals and oats/yoghurt and coffees and teas. Very friendly and accomodating staff, had breakfast ready for us taking the 6:45 bus to Torres del Paine. Close to bus
