What is there not to like about this property? Everything’s super cute and functional, clean and cozy. Breakfast is excellent, too. But I must mention the best part of it: Carolina, the host is AMAZING. Not only she was an impeccable host (welcoming me with a flower wreath, taking me on a little tour, driving me from and to the airport), but she was also an OUTSTANDING person with a huge heart. I had lost my passport and she helped me out like a sister would do. What a kind, caring, beautiful soul she is. She truly deserves the best! I’ll never forget our hug, Carolina. Lots and lots of love! 💕

We were greeted at the airport by the owner, Carolina holding traditional lei(s) for us. She took a us around town and then to our room. The room was nice and the breakfast was fruits, bread, juice, coffee and meats, all of which were fantastic. The location of the place was near the airport but we didn’t hear any of the airplanes going in and out. Also, the town was a very short walk as well. There was a supermarket directly across the street where we grabbed drinks and snacks for our journey. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Carolina was an amazing owner and does a really great job with the property.

Everybody in this hard-working, family-run B&B is so nice and so kind. Communication is excellent, and the messaging I received before I arrived was very useful--applying for the government permission to travel to Easter Island, what to do once in the Santiago Airport, applying for the National Park pass, and recommendations for tour companies (the one I went with was excellent) and guides. Everything went flawlessly. My room was very comfortable with plenty of hot water when I needed it, and the bed was superb! There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Location-wise, you're right next to the airport, (which you can walk to if you're not burdened down with luggage), but with only one or two flights a day, everything is very quiet. Across the street is a supermarket and on the corner is an excellent restaurant. It's an easy 10- 15-minute stroll to the main part of Hanga Roa, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. I'm so pleased I stayed here!

Very good location next to the airport and walking distance to the town centre. Very clean and staff were very attentive. Fridge in the room and access to the shared kitchen to cook your own meal was useful. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options. They also provided a transfer service to and from the airport for free.

The owner (Carolina) was exceptional! So friendly ad helpful it felt like home. Our rooms were nice with a comfy queen and twin bed. The courtyard area was pretty and restful. There is an adorable black cat which we loved. The shower was great. Breakfast (European style) had a nice variety and the fresh juices were a nice touch. We walked downtown everyday and Carolina gave us the name of a great tour guide which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Price was great too.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hare Henua. Our room was large and comfortable, with an AC to help keep the room cool at night, and there was a lovely, peaceful garden to relax in. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. Carolina was also exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - she made us feel right at home and helped us out with everything we asked about, up to and including doing a load of laundry for us. If ever we go back to Rapa, we hope to stay again!

Nothing, it was great!

Carolina was a wonderful host. She greeted us at the airport with beautiful flowers and drove us to the B&B. The room was large with an extra bed (a queen size for us!) And a great bathroom. The courtyard outside the room was splendid and relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous and the people staying were kind. We especially liked the juice with breakfast! Carolina also went out of her way to help us figure out how to get tickets to the parks on the island, set us up with a fabulous tour guide who picked us up right at the front gate, and was very helpful in answering other questions. On top of this, she orchestrated getting us a rented scooter so we could explore the island at a very reasonable price! We were blown away by our stay here and think it was the BEST place to stay on the island, without a doubt. Thank you Carolina! We hope we can visit again soon! Jennifer & Zachary

The owners, Carolina and Manuel, were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, and there were several good restaurants nearby. Also very close to several grocery stores and a kitchen that you can use. Carolina also had recommendations for tour and diving companies that were helpful for selecting and booking before we arrived!

A place that gets the basics right. The hot water shower? Perfect, with water pressure to match. Cold AC and a bed so comfortable you’ll sink into it, thanks to a topper that feels like a cloud. Pillows and blankets? Equally satisfying. The room is spacious, and the staff—both workers and owners—are as welcoming as they come. Breakfast hits the spot, and the cleanliness is next-level. Five stars, no doubt. If you’re on Rapa Nui, this is where you want to be. Plus, there’s a grocery store just across the street.

Hot water was a problem. We waited and used tge sink to get pressure up but in a week's time, only had 1 full hot shower. Otherwise only less than 1 minute of hot water. No one at breakfast throughout tge time thus when coffee Imran out, either didn't get a 2nd cup or had to wait for someone to show up.

location was great, just a 15 minute walk to downtown/harbor area. Room was okay, very comfortable bed. breakfast was okay. first 2 mornings had eggs, not offered after. Carolina us very nice.

The owners / staff were all very pleasant but unfortunately spoke very little English which was occasionally challenging.

The staff was very attentive to us, breakfast was great each day and they picked us up from the airport and took us back. We were also given a Lei on arrival and departure. in addition to that the bed was very comfortable with great pillows and was immaculately cleaned each day, they even washed our dirty clothes without charging us any extra. The location is walking distance to downtown and two blocks from the airport. Perfect spot to walk to many great restaurants.

- no filter for drinkable water - no courtains at the breakfast place. The hot sun all over the tables during breakfast -troubled shower at room n1. Water too hot or too cold. Middle was not easily achieved. Wasting lots of water - staff not easily reachable - we were asked by booking message at 823am to leave the room at 10 am ( checkout is allowed til 11am). Quite disturbing and we were asked to pay, but we had payed already. Not really nice

The decor of the room could be updated.

Pleasant guest house, extremely close to the airport. Located at the end of the main street about a 15-20 minute walk from the harbour. The room was nice but a little dated. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was moderately ok most of the time. Breakfast was good but I'm not sure why I was only offered eggs on one day of my stay. Overall, the staff (when they were there) were extremely nice and very helpful. It's a nice place.
