We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was very good in that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it's in a buzzing little area of Lastarria. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything you needed and were spacious. The rooftop deck was lovely to sit out at night and I imagine by the pool during the day. We did not have a chance to explore too far from the hotel so can't comment on the other things within walking distance

United StatesBathroom was a little awkward. There was a glass petition between bed room and bathroom so no real privacy so might be awkward for friends or non-committed partners. Our biggest complaint was not the property, but we had the staff arrange a city tour for us which was costly and frankly not good. Our driver left us halfway through the tour and our guide just walked us around with no obvious itinerary and not much historical background or time to look around at significant locations was given, rather she walked us around and pointed- - this is the subway station. Disappointed with this but not sure it is hotel’s fault- only the provider they set up for us.
Staff were friendly and accommodating before arrival and while there. We arrived early and they held our bags and gave us a place to change and freshen up. Nice little bar area with snacks. Food was ok- ours was cold when served.

Location, Location , Location. This Hotel was the Best that we stayed in several years of travelling. From the moment we arrived to smiling and welcoming faces to take our luggage and then a smooth checkin and then off to our well appointed rooms after a welcome drink, It just doesn't get any better. The hotel is very clean with great common areas to relax with a drink. The morning breakfast which was also included had a great variety of selection for everyone with attentive and happy employees.

United KingdomTheir website says breakfast is served from 7am every day. However on weekends and holidays it's actually 8am (this information is only on the Point 8 restaurant page). They provided a take-out breakfast when we left, but we'd been looking forward to the buffet!
We had a problem with a city tour which we'd booked well in advance. The staff were extremely helpful in contacting the company and getting this resolved for us. We would never have been able to do this ourselves.
