Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyNo natural day light (only a small roof window). Room is within the building, surrounded by other rooms with thin walls. Room is quite small.
Room is clean. Breakfast is served from 4:30 am (in case you have a tour).

NetherlandsAt the breakfast, there were 3 ladies working. But not one of them told me about the toaster being broken or that the cheese, ham, and jams were only available on request. They watched me eat dry bread whilst the area filled with smoke. I think the breakfast is actually good, just staff not being mindful.
This is a cozy hotel. It is within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are small, but clean.

ArgentinaThe water from the shower had fluctuating temperature. Also, the breakfast has some low quality products (ham & cheese were weird)
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice that you could control the heat of the cabin. Breakfast had a nice variety available (eggs, cereal, some fruit, etc).

United StatesThe vibes of the staff were a little off. While no-one was directly rude or upset it seemed like we were bothering them anytime we needed anything. This stands out significantly as we stayed at many other places during the trip (including in Punta Arenas) where everyone was overly kind and welcoming. There were also some stains on the linens. Overall nothing bad happened, but we were happy to be leaving and moving on when our stay was over.
We stayed in a 2 room apartment. This was nice for our group of 5 because we had ample space. The shower was good with plenty of hot water for 5 people and high pressure. It was also nice that the breakfast hours started at 4am as we had to leave early in the morning for a tour.

CanadaOn demand gas fired water heater was impossible to adjust for a constant temperature in the shower. Ear plugs worked to modulate traffic noise as Unit 1 is right on two streets.

United StatesBreakfast coffee was poor and the overall quality of the food was adequate, but not great.
We had a 2 bedroom unit that met our needs, traveling with another couple. Parking was secure and everything went well. The value was excellent. We got what we paid for and we came back and stayed again.

FranceIt was quite noisy as we could really hear all the other rooms (and their TV!). The shower flow was also really bad.
The people were really nice. We asked for a laundry and it was perfect (12 000 CLP). The bed was really confortable, the rooms were really cute and the breakfast was really nice.

ChileWe had to use the bathroom with the door open because the toilet area was so small. They didn’t picture it so it was difficult to see what it was about. Also this place was low key dusty bc i had allergies the entire time i was staying here with my boyfriend. The bed was very squeaky and hardly any space for your luggage and belongings. There’s not much variety for the breakfast- just eggs with bread ham and cheese with fruit and some other breakfast stuff but not much. You can hear everything outside your door, the neighbors noise is your noise.
Breakfast is decent they let you take sandwhiches with you and wrapped it for us! They were nice about it! The staff are awesome and super helpful with recommendations! The location is good and easy to get around Punta Arenas! They also let you leave your baggage with them and it’s safe!

IndiaThe staff created some confusion. They initially confirmed to us that they have an accessible room reserved for us, but when we arrived the room was already occupied by other guests and they tried to put us on a room on Level 2 instead. Not everyone in the reception spoke English, making it difficult to communicate. When we said we cannot manage stairs as we were staying for 4 nights, they gave us another room on ground floor after a lot of discussion with boss on the phone. After 2 days when we insisted, they said the accessible is now available and they can shift us. But when I asked why wasn’t it offered this room on first day despite email confirmation, they just said we dont know who replied on the email. The breakfast was also mediocre, needs an improvement in quality of items.
The property is well maintained and has good accessibility for wheelchair. Its only a short 10-15 mins walk from city centre
