The location is perfect for exploring the city, for access to five star restaurants and for shopping interests. It is close to museums. The rooms are a good size. That staff is always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is very good.

Only one outlet in the room (and one in the bathroom) which made charging multiple devices a little tricky, but I wouldn’t change my rating.

Great stay. Room was small, but I didn’t need any more space. Bed was VERY comfortable and the staff were pleasant and spoke more English than I did Spanish. Would recommend.

Terrible place. I would not recommend anyone staying there. 1. Staff speaks absolutely ZERO English, although this hotel seems to be popular among foreign tourists. Big communication problem. 2. Room is extremely small. Nothing positive to point out. Shower was not working properly. Water takes ages to get hot. 3. Bad breakfast. According to their profile , this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, however they serve instant coffee?! Overall breakfast quality is very poor. Breakfast room had a lot of old furniture lying around and stapled on top, which us rather awkward to encounter when you're having breakfast. 4. Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. When I kindly asked to check in (in English), the receptionist replied with a rude "NO INGLES!" Staff promised to fix the shower problem - nothing ever happened. When checking out, Staff was rude and even tried to overcharge me 4 dollars! Not a thank you, not a thanks for staying with us - nothing, Nada. 5. The room key and the lock don't work properly, it's a challenge even to lock and open your room. Only positive is the central location, otherwise: please avoid this place at all costs.

The room was like an attic that had too much light irrespective of the curtains/ blinds that were of just no good My room didn’t even lock. Either ways it would not lock neither outside nor inside

I left my locked suitcase with the desk clerk between check out and going to the airport. I had a suspicion that the bag had been tampered with as it was placed in the taxi. At the airport I checked everything to find I was missing USD400 and 8000 ARS.
