There was no kitchen or refrigerator and no breakfast either. The price felt the same - but I might be wrong.

The room could use some improvements. The bathroom roof was low and the lamp was way too big, you had to crouch a little to use the toilet and mirror. The shower curtain was very low and noisy, you had to step on it when using the shower. The smoke detector light was too bright, couldn’t always sleep properly.

Comfy hotel, very well located, close to the beach and the city restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My bunk bed wasn’t working the light and the power. The fixed the same day but it failed again. The pool didn’t have chairs to lay down.

No kitchen despite photos online of them, didn't get the tour until check-in so had no idea about facilities like the cinema room, pool didn't look very clean

The kitchen was not in use but I put this down to the shift in ownership. The bathroom got a little stuffy and was very small so you didn’t really have enough room to dry off properly and get ready with such a tight space and this also caused humidity. Towels were not provided to us daily with the cleaning staff stating they had run out of towels for us to use. We had to reuse damp towels. I think for the price extra touches like teas and coffees or complimentary items should be included.

This is a great property with a pool and comfy clean rooms, nice beds and some storage. Our bathroom said shared but actually it was our individual private bathroom just not connected to our room which was good! The staff were helpful and the room was modern. The location was ideal.

Upon arrival was informed that the shared kitchen that was advertised previously on booking.com was closed indefinitely. I was offered a chance to cancel/change booking but chose not to. Shower rooms could do with a bit more ventilation.

Excellent hostel with very comfortable beds and privacy curtains. Each bunk had a lockable cabinet as well as light and charging point. Great hot showers and a huge outdoor space including swimming pool. Brilliant facilities, very friendly and helpful staff and very close to all the main highlights of Pucon.

The kitchen was closed after a few days, due to the change of ownership. This was annoying as one of the reasons for booking was to have a kitchen,

From such a high quality hostel, I’d have expected a better equipped kitchen, with more tools, salt etc, things which are usually found in common kitchens

One of the best good looking hostels I’ve seen. The structure is amazing, beds are super comfortable, rooms wide and nice. There is also a beautiful pool. Position is excellent, 1 minute from Playa Grande.

Include a shower out of room that customers already checked out or not checked in yet could have a shower. Include towels. Provide wood for the bonfire.

The hostel is one of the best I've been in my life. Comfort beds, showers inside bedroom, shampoo and conditioner in the room locker in the bed, powers and lights in the bed. The shared area is very beautiful and big, beautiful patio with pool, fruit trees and also a gym space. There was a leak problem in the sink and they fixed it imediatelly, and provided a solution alowing everyone take shower in a private room. Staff are also very friendly.

Our room was very dark The hostel hosts some events but seems to only have the bar open/sociable atmosphere on these nights which was a shame Would be nice to have had more tips on the area etc on check in. Some of the staff were a little frosty

There was an electric power shut down in town due to heavy rains and strong winds. The hotel has an energy power plant but insufficient to supply the entire hotel, there were some rooms without light, while others did have.

Great location, near to good restaurants, and a few minutes walk to Pucon main street with all the tour agencies.

They put us in a first floor room, close to the reception so you can hear the music and the constant opening and closing of the entrance door, window to the street. This was fixed the same day by the staff only because we were lucky and was a room available in the third floor.

The fact that there isn't a laundry in the hotel as they sell it, it was not write that the laundry is a service that you need to pay.

Relatively expensive, the bar is only open some nights, the shower wasn't great. But these are minor complaints, it's a good hostel

The bed was probably the most comfortable I've had in a hostel, and the curtain on the bed is a good idea that more hostels should consider. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, just a couple of minutes walk from the lake and just over 10 minutes to the bus stations

The bathroom in my room could get quite dirty. The shower wouldn't drain so there would be a pool of dirty water in the bottom of the shower. I did report this and it was actioned by the staff quickly, but started happening again the following day. The room was in a porta-cabin, so the steam from the shower made the bathroom very wet. It would have been nice to have hooks to hang your towel/clothes and maybe a bathmat to control how wet the floor became.

Great location in the town centre. The hostel has a cafe/restaurant, a pool and offers yoga classes and other wellness services (like massages etc.). The beds were comfortable, staff were super nice and helpful. The room/bathroom is cleaned everyday by the staff. And you are able to store your luggage there after checkout. You are also able to book tours via the hostel - I found them to be quite expensive so hiked on my own instead.

The only issue I had was when I requested a towel at reception (willing to pay extra cost) - I was told there were none available. A little inconvenient and a basic necessity which I would expect from a hostel.

Good level of privacy with curtains on beds. Clean and comfortable rooms. Strong WiFi. Good location, close to lots of amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff. Nice pool area to chill at end of day. Swift laundry service for extra cost.

The kitchen was dirty. Really dirty. It was very poorly stocked. Like no spoons. No tea towels. Hard to cook a meal with the limited stuff they had. No coffee machine. No oven. Really basic. Lame. Needs work. (And a damn good clenaing) Our bedroom was teeny....the site suggested something MUCH larger.

We were given breakfast voucher on arrival, we had it the next morning. The Canadian-Chilean dude running the breakfast tried hard and made an effort. Food was good...for Chile. (which doesn't have great selections for breakfast) Good coffee. Avo toast. A smoothie. The wait staff were surly and slow...we didn't eat breakfast again there so its only 1 meal. We ordered cocktails in the evenings....good drinks. Pricey, but thats Chile for you! Reception staff very pleasnant.
