Marcello was fantastic. He told us what to see on our short visit. Recommended a great restaurant. Most importantly, he helped get to our cruise terminal which in of itself was very confused. He made sure we got to the right place. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and in the heart of the old city. I strongly recommend staying here

Some of the bed linens were a little worn and could be replaced, but the bed was very comfortable.

The location is great for walking, touring the sights, and restaurants. We really loved having the terrace for relaxing and the upper terrace viewpoints are amazing. Marcelo and Gloria are very kind and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast was terrific!

Marcelo and Gloria, the hosts are wonderful people. The location has 360 degree view of the city and ocean. Best home cooked breakfast and coffee. I will definitely comeback.

Truly loved our stay! Well situated, amazing staff. Marcello could not do any more to take care of the guests! He is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional truly a asset to the hotel. This is a beautiful guesthouse in a stunning location. The breakfast was fantastic both days! We got the best advice on where to go and where to eat. The location cannot be beat. The rooftop has a 180 degree view over the ocean. Fantastic for sunset drinks!

The hotel is comfortable and has a good period character. The location is outstanding, with beautiful views, convenient for sightseeing, and with several good restaurants nearby. Marcelo and Gloria were friendly, helpful and hospitable, and the breakfasts were superb.

It’s an old building with wooden floors so the floors creak.

It’s beautifully decorated and located in a very good spot. The rooftop offers a spectacular view. The room was clean. The staff (Marcelo) was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It was a great stay. I’d highly recommend this place.

Hotel is not air conditioned and it tended to be warm in the room.

The location was terrific and ideal. In fact, our city tour came by the Manoir Atkinson hotel as it contains a popular mural on the side wall. Marcello and Gloria could not have been more accommodating and friendly to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with everything home made including bread and jam! Our room view was incredible overlooking the homes on the hilltops of Valparaiso. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Marcello and Gloria.
