The location was not as ideal as I would have liked. It's on the main road (although it was not that noisy). I was thinking/hoping it would have been a little more in a quaint neighborhood. It is walkable (~20 min) to the more quaint areas with restaurants and shops. They also keep the front door locked and you have to ring a bell for them to come let you in. They were quick to do this, but it was a little annoying when you just want to be back.

The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable (the pillows were amazing!). The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water and great pressure. The room was quiet with a view of the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had free tea and coffee 24/7 as well as a kitchen if you wanted to have/cook your own food.

It took a long time for hot water to run in my shower, so if I needed to get someplace quickly, that could have been a problem.

Nothing… it was a bit of a climb up to the top floor no lifts but was helped with the luggage

Very friendly people who lent us their metro card to use for the day… gave very detail and good advice and info about where to go, how to go and what to see despite the language barrier … besides a metro station which is super convenient and plaza de armas is walkable

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice bed. Really cozy boutique hotel. The only thing you need to know is that your private bathroom is separated from your room, and you need to cross the hallway to reach it.

In our room they had pigeons on the roof. First night they were extremely loud. We told the staff, they offered a lot of compensation and were really nice about it. Thank you !

Located on busy section of Providencia avenue.

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a converted old mansion and quite comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The only "inconvenience" was the private bathroom being down the hall of the common area but this was "do-able". The location is central to Providencia but right on a very busy section of Providencia avenue making taxi/Uber pick up and drop off less than ideal.

Didn’t have more than 2-3 minutes of hot water before it went lukewarm.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was super comfortable, exactly as described. It was nice to have coffee and tea all day and there’s a beautiful dining room and terrace. Access to fridge is a plus, Wifi was strong, streaming services on the TV. Very pleasant, we would return!
