Loved the location. In the middle of cerro concepcion, but somehow managed to also be quiet. Alejandra went out of her way to make oir stay as good as it could be. All her recommendations were spot on. Lovely view from the room. Really enjoyable couple of days in Valparaoso

Que solamente se podia cancelar en efectivo o Paypal, como sugerencia deberian contar con datafono, adicional en las casas de cambio molestan bastante por los billetes que segun ellos consideran en mal estado o medianamente "viejos".

Un espacio tranquilo,muy limpio y organizado, cercano a las zonas de interés de Valparaiso. La anfitriona servicial y muy amable.

Alejandra was an amazing and caring host. Even though we only stayed for a night, she was very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the place was very clean and the beds very comfortable and warm - essential since winter nights can get very cold. The breakfast was simple yet delicious.

Alejandra was very attentive. Everything was good. Extra points to the cuttest cat host ever! Would just give the advice of think about some curtains on the glass door, to give the guests a bit more privacy.

The bed in our room had an uncomfortable wooden panel on each side of the mattress which you can sit on, however my wife and I found them first with our now sore knees lol.

I just loved the spacious room and bathroom. It was very clean and modern with a touch of old school originality. Lovely breakfast, attentive staff, pleasant stay!!

- for awareness, it’s a room in somebody’s home. It’s all very clean and lovely. - there’s a lot of noise and I found it difficult to sleep with the traffic noise, noise in the apartment and in the building.

Quirky little house with lovely touches (fresh flowers in the room) and beautiful features (original high doors etc). Fantastic location, near to some amazing restaurants and great views. Alajandra, the host gave us great tips and even prepared a pack up breakfast as we were leaving early, much appreciated.

Alejandra was a caring host after I arrived from a long bus journey super tired. She offered great suggestions for the neighbourhood and provided a nice breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for exploring Valparaiso while also being in a quiet neighborhood to relax. All and all a great stay!

Again, not that is was bad, but the access is tricky with the steep and narrow stairs. There is no A/C, so we had the windows open to cool it off, and that lets you hear the street noise. Not too bad, just an observation. There is a small refrigerator in the hall to use if you need one, and no other appliances available for use if needed. Again, not an issue for our stay, but it may be for some guests.

The host was FANTASTIC. She had many great places to go for food. The neighborhood felt safe for blocks around, which not all are. She was available by Whatsapp for anything we asked. She speaks English well enough for us to understand most everything. The breakfast was a simple tray of good coffee, yoghurt, bread with cold cuts and cheese. She also had parking recommendations for our rental car to keep it safe, just 3 blocks away. There is nothing fancy about the building, and access is up a steep and narrow set of stairs. I say this not as a detraction, but more of information for others that might have a mobility issue for access. Also for information, not that it was a detraction, is that the bed in our room was very firm, and only a double. At 6'3" I didn't fit great. We knew this going in, and we were ok with that part as well. For the price, I would stay here again if I come back.

Very good location in the center of the tourist streets, view of the ocean. Quiet and comfortable. The host Alejandra was very helpful and showed real concern that her guests had a good viist.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but on a quiet and safe street. The room itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The host was super friendly and gave me a lot of great recommendations for places to eat/shop/walk as a solo traveler. She was also really responsive and accommodating to my changing arrival time due to flight delays. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Valparaiso!! Excited to come back next year
