We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great service with very helpful and friendly staff. The airport transfers or taxi transfers organized by the hotel are reliable and professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent with several breads, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh juice. The room is nice, spacious and bright. Compared to our first stay, the air condition has improved and works now perfectly and silently. It's always great to go chill out at the bar upstairs. Hotel Solace is also very well located in Providencia.

NetherlandsEven though the hotel seems relatively new, but in parts of the room I was in, it was already showing heavy signs of wear and tear, and also some damp issues (warping in the wall) and also have a damp smell in the bathroom.
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel gives a young and modern vibe, which I appreciate. The superior king room I had was OK, the hotel seems relatively new, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel is in a nice area within very close proximity to the main street + really appreciated the pool facility. I would recommend this hotel for a stay while in Santiago de Chile.

Staff in reception, restaurant and housekeeping were amazing, and several were English speakers. Extremely helpful for those of us hopeless linguists. The bar and restaurant on the top floor of the hotel had a relalaxed atmosphere and food quite acceptable. Enjoyed having drinking water, tea and coffee available to guests throughout the day and into the evening. The breakfast included with the room rate was excellent. Good location near park and walking distance to restaurants
