Guests aren’t allowed to use the microwave because the management does not allow, which makes no sense. Basically, if you need to heat any leftover or something you have, you can’t.

Great service with very helpful and friendly staff. The airport transfers or taxi transfers organized by the hotel are reliable and professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent with several breads, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh juice. The room is nice, spacious and bright. Compared to our first stay, the air condition has improved and works now perfectly and silently. It's always great to go chill out at the bar upstairs. Hotel Solace is also very well located in Providencia.

The coffee at breakfast was not great.

Very helpful, nice staff. Beautiful rooftop bar, swimming pool and casual restaurant. Comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Good little coffee machine in room.

Poor lighting in room as no ceiling lights. Pool needs to be heated. Great area on rooftop, however, pool water temperature freezing.

The air condition caused a bad smell in all of the rooms. We had to turn it off and slept with open windows. The left elevator did not really work (card reader had some malfunction)

Even though the hotel seems relatively new, but in parts of the room I was in, it was already showing heavy signs of wear and tear, and also some damp issues (warping in the wall) and also have a damp smell in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel gives a young and modern vibe, which I appreciate. The superior king room I had was OK, the hotel seems relatively new, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel is in a nice area within very close proximity to the main street + really appreciated the pool facility. I would recommend this hotel for a stay while in Santiago de Chile.

Nice business hotel. Great location in Providencia and still in a quiet quarter next to metro station. Nice neighbourhood with embassies. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is amazing.

The shower wasn't great. First couple of days it was almost cold but then it worked better after that but there was no power in the shower. A bonus was that they provided hair conditioner

Location is good although a bit of a trek to the centre if walking, but once you get the hang of the bus and underground not an issue. Nice roof top pool and bar area.

Room lighting - a bit dim with many lights to turn on separately

Staff in reception, restaurant and housekeeping were amazing, and several were English speakers. Extremely helpful for those of us hopeless linguists. The bar and restaurant on the top floor of the hotel had a relalaxed atmosphere and food quite acceptable. Enjoyed having drinking water, tea and coffee available to guests throughout the day and into the evening. The breakfast included with the room rate was excellent. Good location near park and walking distance to restaurants
