The heater in the room can get very hot to the touch so be careful!

Loved the common areas and the rooms. The breakfast was delish and I liked that it was self service so I could cook eggs the way I would at home.

The manager is very helpful and friendly - he kindly lent us some camping gear that we otherwise would have bought. This is a lovely hostel/b+b, with nice clean rooms and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

Treehouse is very homely and welcoming. There is a communal area and kitchen where you can help yourself and make yourself at home. Gerardo is on hand all the time and extremely helpful. The rooms are cosy and very comfortable. A highly recommended place to stay.

Very cozy and cute property and the host was really welcoming and helpful. He even was able to provide gluten free food for breakfast when I told him I had an allergy! I really appreciated it and we loved our stay here, everything was perfect.

Gerardo was attentive and really helpful. We were able to store our luggage while we did the W and it was wonderful to have laundry on site for after the trek. Breakfast was great and you'll be close to the restaurants and shops. Facilities were clean and as described.

The hostel was great! They were ready for backpackers like us! We were able to leave our suitcases there when we did the W. Breakfast was available early before we had to catch the bus. The hostel was a 5 min walk into town which made it easy to get groceries and dinner!

Everything was great!

The hotel is super homely, friendly and welcoming - we loved the communal area with the wood burner going and the breakfast was excellent. The room was basic but comfortable, and included a fridge which was very useful when you're likely going to be preparing sandwiches/picnics to take hiking during the day. We also did laundry here, which was a very reasonable US $12 for a full load. It's a very short and easy/flat walk to the centre of town.

No security - doors open all day. We didn’t mind this as Puerto Natales seems safe, but might be something others are looking for.

Staff were friendly and communicated through email. Answered any questions. Nice rooms with bathroom. Great breakfast provided with coffee. Lockers on site to rent while hiking W trek.

Nitpicking, the carpet and drapes in the room were a bit worn out which made it feel older and more run down than it was. This wouldn't be enough to dissuade me from staying here though, I'd happily book a room again.

Stayed for one night before heading to Torres. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, I can't say enough nice things about him! Cozy and comfortable common areas with odds and ends travelers leave for each other, we snagged a partly used gas can to avoid buying one. Laundry services on site, but we didn't use them. Breakfast was good. Host was able to make excellent recommendations for places in town. He held our bags during our trek for a small fee and we were easily able to pick it up when we returned to town. Room was adequate and clean enough. Shower was hot with enough pressure. Location easily walkable to the main part of town and the Bus Sur station.

The space was very comfortable, stylish, clean and quiet. Gerardo was incredibly friendly and responsive. He made our transition in and out of the space very easy when we had to catch an early bus. We slept so well in the comfortable beds!

The owner of the hostel is incredible. We felt welcomed and cared for immediately. He even helped us out in a pinch with something that we needed! The rooms were clean, cozy, and the breakfast was hearty and prepared us for the day of hiking! The location is great.

All was great.

Fabulous place to stay in Puerto Natales. Very central, near stores, and restaurants. The house has a large living room with a beautiful kitchen and a hidden and spacious garden. The rooms are large, very clean, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, and very quiet. The host is very friendly and a great chat, and he even gave me a lift to the airport. They have lockers where you can leave your stuff while going on a trek to Torres del Paine National Park. Highly recommended :). Hope to be back someday.

Some minor street noise from forward facing room some may find distracting. If so, try to get a room toward the back. Wouldn’t prevent me from choosing the Treehouse again.

Location convenient to bus and downtown. Comfortable room with private bath and access to kitchen. Bag storage and laundry facilities (paid) onsite. Friendly and accommodating staff.

It was my favourite of all my accomodations in Chile. A cozy, colourful place. Good breakfast! It was a pity that no room was available when I came to Puerto Natales a third time :) 10-15 minutes walk from the bus terminal.
