United KingdomThe room had only one towel, my wife then call to have an additional one and the receptionist informed her that she didn't deal with towel matter, advising my wife to seek to talk with facilities in a very rude and diminishing tone. We were in 312 which had no AC, we had to be moved to 301 at 2am after several attempt to get the AC work. 301 AC wasn't working either, we just decided to stay and we couldn't botter anymore, we just wanted to sleep as we only had one night. The hotel charged us 47,850 XAF instead of 57,850 XAF due to the inconvenience. I will not advise anyone to stay at Franco Hotel until refurbishment works had been completed on the old building. We had a very bad experience.

ColombiaThere is a lot of work to put into the hotel. There is a lot of potential but still needs a few months, if not years. Things like, where to hang the toilet paper needed to be fixed and in general it was considered too much money for a very okay hotel.
Hotel is good, but expensive for what it includes, breakfast is poor, and amenities in the room are very incomplete. I had the same room twice within a month and the same fixtures that were not working were still broken.
