We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location-10 mins walk to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Railway Station. 15 mins walk to Xiawan Night Market. Nice breakfast . Very nice that the hotel provides supper and the free laundry facility. Very friendly front desk staff. I like to nominate front desk staff Zhiling 之苓. best employee. Excellent service. She is an asset to the hotel. She is very kind and helpful. Since I can only speak very simple chinese and I can’t read Chinese, we had hard time trying to get around. She went way and beyond to help us making our trip in Zhuhai a very enjoyable and memorable trip. Thank you very much 之苓. And we would like to say thank you to another front desk staff 影阳 for his lovely service too. Will definitely stay there again. :)

Location with close to railway station and border crossing to Macau. Many food and convenient to buy things. Next visit will book again.

MalaysiaLocation doesn't feature very well in Googlemap. Wasted more than an hour finding the hotel which is well hidden amongst some matured tree even though along the main street. 196 QiaoGuang Road will certainly take you to the wrong place. 😪😪😪😪😪

SingaporeThere was an unpleasant smell in the room, likely stale cigarette smoke from a previous occupant smoking in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Hotel should simply levy a deep cleaning charge on guests who smoke in a nonsmoking room and foul the room for non-smoking guests. This will ensure non-smoking rooms remain just that way. There was also no safe in the room to keep valuables.
Clean, comfortable bed and pillows; hot water in shower came quickly and with good pressure; good breakfast spread; free self-laundry facilities; great location next to bank and street full of diverse eateries and massage shops.
