We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.
The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather.

CanadaThe AC wasn't as cool as it should be, the room was warmer than I would like. And the beds were smaller than standard sized beds.
The hotel is beautiful and is being newly renovated. It looks more like a high end hotel than a Holiday Inn. The staff are helpful and wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel and rooms were well decorated and clean. For families, there's a pharmacy, grocer, and several dining options nearby. And you're not far from an MRT station.
