Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast closes at 10:00 which is quite too early compares with other hotel. At time of quarter before 10:00, most of food are gone.
The staffs at hotel are very helpful, guided us in person when we lost our way. Helped us to pay in advance privately when we did not have small changes for taxi.

Everything was excellent! The room is comfortable, large, well equipped. Breakfast is various and delicious, a lot of fruits. Personal is nett and helpful.

Sings of directions to the hotel inside the airport terminal would be really helpful
Staying in Mumian hotel was absolutely great. Special thanks to the ladies at front desk who helped with my request. This hotel is a great option for those who arrive BJ at night or have transfer.

Everything was perfect!!
Everything was perfect. such a big hotel. just a few minutes away from the departure/arrival area. Exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and many food to choose from. Our room was big and so beautiful. has a gym and a pool. will definitly come back again.

The perfect location for a stay-over at Beijing Daxing airport. It’s a short walk from the terminal, all inside. The hotel breathes luxury without being overly posh. We loved the stay in a suite.

Operating hours of the pool is not convenient

When I arrived at the hotel they did not want to accept my booking from Booking.com. It took 20 minutes of argument before they accepted my booking and payment through Booking.com, even though they had this confirmation. They wanted me to pay with another credit card, but this was not possible for me. Also, I booked a Queen superior room with a garden view by paying a higher rate, but I was given a standard room with no garden view. They did not offer any refund!

Lack of shower pressure sometimes. No mini bar provided in the room on arrival, inactive air-conditioning facilities in the room, as the air-conditioning room panel did not function. The room was sold to me as air-conditioning offered and mini bar in the room, which wasn't the case on arrival, was misold the room. Extremely poor attitude and rude reception staff too! Plus a lack of bar staff around when we went to the hotel bar for a drink instead ! Not a 5* hotel in my opinion. The security staff were so friendly and professional tho :) By the way, reception staff do not speak a word of English, even tho it is a 5star international guest serving hotel and based in a international airport!!
The bed was comfy and modern. Sleek, new looking room decor. Security staff were lovely :) and the swimming pool and gym were great.
