Honestly the apartment was a bit old. I don't think the price is in line with the apartment conditions.

I was lost on the way there but the receptionist came and pick me up.

All the necessities are provided as listed in the description. I didn’t have to worry about towel, toothbrush, or any other basic items. It’s so much like a hotel than apartment!

The owners of the property was waiting for us which was very useful. They explained to us a few things about the apartment and also about the city and they also were contactable during our stay. The bed was comfortable. The apartment had the utensils for cooking breakfast and dinner which was very important for us. The location was excellent. It was very close from the station. Going to touristic places was very easy from that station/accommodation. We recommend staying in the apartment.

Old furniture. Flat needs to get a little cosmetic renovation.

Comfortable location. 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Shops, cafe, restaurants and shopping centre are in walking accessibility. Everything necessary stuff (dishes, towels, clean bed linen, iron, kettle, washing mashine etc) was in the flat. The host was friendly, polite and helpful. We could check in earliear than it was marked on the site without any additional fee. Cleaning without any claims. Sound proof is perfect.

There are few sockets near the desktop table and there are used by the internet devices... You can't charge your devices while you are eating or working there In the morning, you can ear people playing tennis. It it was not a problem for me. Note I said tennis, not cars or parties.

Some parts of the apartment looked and felt a bit like it has fallen into disrepair.

Staff was very nice and friendly and the location is great. Take the C exit of the Dongzhimen Metro/Airport Express station and it's a 10 minute walk from there. The room was well equipped and clean.

The location is awesome and the ppl really kind. We could check in way earlier than check in time and very spontaneously change the time of arrival. They also got as a taxi to the airport at dawn. We had a very pleasant stay.

We like everything.

The location is in the center of Beijing, it is very easy to go to all the tourist views. There are plenty restaurants and shops closes to the place and easy to call a taxi too. the people work there are very nice and helpful, once you need extra bottle water or toilet tissue, message them, they will give you very soon. The room is big enough for a four family, they have washing machine, kitchen, fridge, so it is very ideal for a family.
