I travel a lot and have stayed in many nice hotels. But my first time writing a review. I love this hotel very much. Very elegant, luxuries and classic environment which gives you feeling of like staying at Castle. Comfortable bed and pillow. Various choices and nice breakfast. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. I spent great time. Will definitely come back again.

BedRoom was next to the lift so heard it going up and down late at night and early in the morning, which woke us up

6 mins walk from the metro. Room is very big. Average spread of selection for breakfast. They have staff who can communicate in English. All the staff are very friendly.

Lovely European styled hotel in cental Beijing, large bedrooms which were very well fitted out with huge very comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast with a mixture of European, Asian and American style foods. Beautiful flowers in lobby areas. We also ate in Macau restaurant which was excellent (although rather quiet). The subway was quite close and it was easy to get taxi's. My only minor grumble was that the pool was a little too cool for leisure use (especially in early April when it was quite cold outside) and I would suggest hotel considers modifying this in future.

The concierge, Jason Zhang is incredibly helpful and warm, he was brilliant. The bar isn’t very good and is strangely expensive.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was extremely comfortable and huge. The bathroom was huge! Loved the fact that there were 4 complementary water bottles a day. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The hotel was 100x over-the top when finished, as now tiny marks of wear start to appear in some corners of the rooms, the price-value ratio is insane. You will reside like royalty with 5* service in the very centre of Beijing 👑

Some parts of the hotel or the rooms, looked a little bit dated, which however didn’t negatively affect our stay.

We were charmed by its classy rooms which reminded us of other times and we didn't expect to find them in Beijing, but simultaneously fully equipped with everything you need in modern times. The stunning decor of the hotel as well as the comfortable spaces wherever you were. The hotel's "Cafe Restaurant" had a buffet every night, with Western cuisine for those who are not familiar with Chinese food, like us, but also Chinese cuisine for those who prefer it. The location was very convenient with 2 subway stations within 500 meters and a pedestrian street with the major shopping malls of Beijing at a similar distance. And finally 2 amazing young ladies, Anna & Vlada, in the role of service ambassadors, who helped us throughout our stay, giving us useful information and solving all our questions. Thank you very much ladies.

Could be a bit dated and worn out, but can see they do try to keep it well maintained.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful location, especially if you don't mind a slightly longer walk to many of the top sights. Very spacious. Staff spoke decent english (much better than my mandarin) and was very willing to be of assistance. All in all would highly recommend.

The whole team here were very welcoming. Clean in all areas. Breakfast had lots of options. The pool and other spa facilities were a wonderful treat. It is in a great location just a few streets from the main shopping street. The rooms are very large and have all the amenities that you would need. The hotel also provided toothbrushes on request.

Vladilena and Anna were super helpful when we faced technical issues (SIM data and Alipay). They really made our life easier. Nice rooms, great food and convenient location.
